We stayed in the budget studio and it was huge. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable.
Though it's next to the train line we didn't hear any noise at all.

Our room had a queen sized plus a single bed. It was fairly spacious and contained a wardrobe, bedside stand with a couple of shelves, a desk with two small drawers (with the obligatory Gideons - bless) and a coffee table with two chairs. The kitchen had a bench and two stools plus toaster, kettle, microwave, frypan, fridge. There was sufficient crockery, glasses and cutlery as well as salt and pepper.
The beds were comfortable but a couple of spare thin blankets in the wardrobe would be a good idea.
The indoor heated pool was a great addition - though somewhere to change would be good. Especially for those staying in the units across the street. The spa pool for bookings is also a great addition, though unfortunately we ran out of time for this.
Quest Henderson offers self-contained accommodations, less than 20 minutes’ drive from Auckland city center. WiFi and wired internet access is available.

The hotel is very well located for public transportation into the CBD. The bus stops right outside and a train station is directly across the street.
Our room had thoughtful storage with 2 pull out shelves on which to place our luggage instead of putting it on the bed or floor.

The location was close to shops and family members to visit very relaxing for my mum after a long trip from whangarei everything was over and beyond my expectations
Fabulous location. Well stocked unit with all essentials and very tidy. Good base with zoo/notation/crystal mountain within approx1/2hour drive. Very quiet neighbourhood. Good heating. Value for money compared with other places.
We were close enough to drive to supermarket and Pizza Hut for our two night stay.
Is best suited for a couple we had a toddler and falling on hard floors etc was a challenge.
Good communication on booking.
First time using app etc so took some getting used to.
