Everything! The staff were very friendly and attentive, we tried both the restaurant, captain bar, and pantry and the food is incredible! Our rooms were always tended to, and I like that we have a privacy button that alerts cleaners if we're still in the room. Right next to viaduct harbor which makes walking or tourism pickups easy! Also you might get to pet Beau, the super chill black lab seeing eye dog for the hotel!

Staying here was the perfect choice. 10 min walk everywhere you would want to be. Nearby viaduct harbor with great restaurants, the mall with an amazing open food concept, the skyline, the rental car, the ferries, its a no brainer. It felt expensive until we compared with all other hotels nearby. The value was great. Very clean, comfortable beds and pillows, ask for the blanket if you get cold, its amazing! The staff is friendly and helpful. They gave us very good advise about what to do and what not to do. The views from the rooms were very nice. The harbor view was great and also the city view. The parking is right next door at $49 a night comparable with everything else or you can leave the car for free overnight if you can wake up by 8 am to move it. There are various food venues downstairs that were perfect for our group. The continental style breakfast downstairs was enough for some and there are asian restaurants with amazing food as well as a grocery store if you come back early enough at night, it is very well stocked. Even the medication is amazing in case you get sick. Loved meeting latin people who work there and at the restaurant so it felt like home.
