We bought the room with the city view and floor to ceiling windows. The view of Auckland was stunning. The hotel reception looks classy and the bed was really comfortable. They have a luggage scales to use for free in reception and the location is right at the heart of the CBD but away from the busy areas. The hotel reception smelled really nice. It would be a lovely place if the cleaners were a little more detail oriented. The shower worked and was nice and warm.
