Not just clean — impeccably clean! Room was very comfortable. Parking was literally 3 steps from the room. A guest laundry was a bonus. Breakfast was extra but very reasonably priced.
Location was closer to vineyards than Napier.

Great central location for our adventures. Easy to get around Town finding the places that we wanted to visit and returning to the accomodation was easy to locate, very close to shops and the Hospital if required,

The location was short walking distance to all town amenities
Very quiet area. No lights or town noise at all - just stars and fresh air - but still only 10 minutes' drive from Hastings, where there are a multitude of things to do and restaurants to eat in. Or you can grab takeaways and go back to the quiet of the unit, or even cook your own dinner.
