The breakfast was very disappointing. There was no milk in the fridge and no bread although the info said there would be. The fruit to go with the cereal was 1 tin of peaches for 4 people. However, the games, and tv etc were great. It was a quiet location, close to dairy and supermarket and spacious rooms. Two good bathrooms.

Nellys restaurant great meals value for money. The towns small enough to meander through and if your looking for something specific just ask one of the lovely shop staff/owners. Lovely old Town with some fabulous old houses, I'm always happy to see a town retain some of its original character. The traffic a breeze, not a rage road in sight. The townsfolk friendly and relaxed. Good cafesin town as well.

The location is but 5 minutes drive from Mosgiel (less than 20 from Dunedin) and well worth making the effort. The accommodation is spacious, spotless, comfortable and well and thoughtfully provisioned.
