The breakfast selection was excellent as was the quality of the food and there was as much as you could want. The facilities were of a high quality and the Hostess was very obliging and friendly. The location is rural, but is close to a golf club and boat launching facilities into the Manukau Harbour.

The location was amazing. Out in the sticks and being woken up by nature was amazing! We travelled from Auckland, so to only be an hour away but feel like you’re a million miles away was a great feeling. Āwhitu and Waiuku just a short drive away to spend the day at beaches or on the Glenbrook train are lovely. This accomodation was a great stop over spot to sleep and get ready for the day ahead. Shower pressure is great and bed is nice and comfy. As a group of three we also used the sofa bed, which was lovely and comfortable to sleep in! Even with three other units and the main house close by, we couldn’t hear a peep from them. a truly peaceful and tranquil area to get out of the city life! Thank you to the hosts for helping us with our cooking dilemma, without it we wouldn’t have been able to stay! your hospitality did not go unnoticed and we are so grateful! ☺️
