On check in, learned that rooms are located in different buildings in the neighbourhood. I was not in the main hotel. No elevator and stairs are narrow and steep, however staff did carry suitcase up and down! Breakfast was ok...used hotel only once ....nearby cafes were more appealing although a few more Euro!! Very poor lighting, both in the bathroom and for reading in bed. Location is excellent...5-10 minute walk from train station.

Nice convenient suburb if the Hague. Easy access to motorways to Amsterdam, Rotterdam or the hague. Leidschendam has a nice atmosphere with many cafes and restaurants. Mall of the Netherlands within a 10 min drive with all the shopping and food choices that you could ask for

Stayed close to the hotel this time as didn't need to go much further as nearby facilities met our needs. The shopping centre next door had good shopping and eating options for all tastes, including our Vegan daughter. We ate at the local Italian 100m from the hotel and were very happy with their service, again our dietary needs were met by friendly helpful staff.JeffUnited Kingdom - 10Scored 10

The room was comfortable, spacious, quiet, and had good views. The staff was helpful and educated. Exceeded my expectations! Keep it up! Mall across the street, greenery on the other side, and various restaurants close by. Transport by tram in close distance. It stops at the train station too in a few minutes.AAnonymous

It's not a pretty hotel from the outside, but it has been renovated some 1,5-2 years ago (I guess) and the rooms look actually very good for the value of the hotel. Good (but rather small) bathroom, clean rooms and corridors, and - bit subjective - very good comfy beds. I really appreciate the effort the staff makes to make the stay pleasant. I did not use the restaurant this time.

But if you are coming with a buggy, rolstoel or scootmobiel you should know that tram and metro station are really near by but not adopted. The hotel looks nice and stylish. Apartments looks stylish and have everything you need (except soap in toilet, to wash hands you need to go to the kitchen or bathroom).
