The park is quiet and free of cars (except for arriving and departing guests). The rear side of the park provides direct access to the forest for hikes en cycling. If you're lucky you'll see wild pigs and deer around dusk or dawn. The nearby town of Garderen is small, but the centre is often jammed with tourists and locals. The check in was quick and smooth too. The room where we stayed relatively old furniture but all very clean with one bathtub and walk in shower. They also have coffee maker for caffeine kick. We planned to go to the Sand Sculpture Museum next to the hotel. This hotel is beautiful, with beautiful grounds, a wonderful restaurant where we had a magnificent breakfast and excellent dinners.
