Very clean, quiet, everyone at the hotel was very pleasant. The check in process and guidance during the stay was made incredibly easy by Lamia, Chaima, chayma, and Samah.

i've stayed at this hotel many times in the past. hotel is in a great location (for my needs), it has a good size swimming pool and a green area by the pool to relax and soak up the sun after a swim. this time, we were upgraded to two bungalows (we had booked 2 rooms). what a lovely upgrade that was. bungalows are situated at the back of the hotel and are very tranquil to relax in. both bungalows had balconies overlooking the green and swimming pool. very nice indeed. keep it up Hotel Kennedy :)
