Staff were amazing, warm and friendly and went out of their way to help us. My partner left his suit bag at the hotel and they very kindly shipped it to the UK for us as we had already travelled. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and lovely design. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Great location too, right next to the sea.

We stayed one night here, in preparation for departing on the ferry from Tangier port the next morning.
From the outside, the property looks like a high quality house and is located in a quiet residential area. Parking is available on the quiet road outside the house.
The house and our room were spotlessly clean.
The rooftop terrace gives views of the surrounding area, including one of the beaches.
Breakfast is usually served between 8.00am and 10.00am, but we were planning to depart at 7.30am to go to the ferry port. The owner very graciously arranged to have a light breakfast available for us before we left. Even though we didn't eat much, we greatly appreciated the gesture.
It's perhaps a 15 minutes walk to reach the medina

A once fine hotel now a little shabby - in a good way. The more people who stay - the faster it will get back up and running again. We were given a room on the top floor overlooking the sea - couldn't have asked for a better view. Staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the giant teapot in the restaurant
Location was great - handy for the medina, and also for the better value new town.
Asilah is probably the cleanest town in Morocco! - certainly along the coast

I have been many many times in the last 37 years and it never fails to impress, plenty to do for a long weekend, easily accessible from Tangiers by train or taxi (approx 200mdh), very safe, lovely people, new marina being built , probably best to stay outside the marina as it might be noisy at night, plenty of affordable accommodation in the area, great choice of eateries, shops and hammams, car not necessary

It is a quiet little town with a history of Portuguese occupation. The Medina is small and clean and many artists live here. There is a mural festival every year. Plenty of fish restaurants and a market street. Not a party town.

The medina was very clean.
The medina was very clean. We watched the sunset from Cafe Derya, which was beautiful. The Medina lets its white walls painted by artists every July, that was interesting. Nice restaurants. We visited Paradise beach on the day we left, but its definetely one of the best beaches in Morocco. The access road is easier by 4x4. But if you want a beach, that's the one to go for, with plenty of small restaurants.

Asiilah is a small town/city off the main tourist track.
Asiilah is a small town/city off the main tourist track. I was looking for an "authentic" Moroccan urban experience and Asilah was perfect for that. The hustlers were to a minimum, the markets, shops and street vendors had a wide supply of offerings. The produce sold on the street was of the most beautiful colors and freshness. The shopping I did was without pressure and fun. Asilah should be seen if you are nearby and stay at the Riad Oasis D'Asilah when there

The beaches in Asilah are a open rubbish field.
The beaches in Asilah are a open rubbish field. I would not walk on the sand without shoes, it is a wide sand shore and the waves are beautiful, but it is a shame that locals have zero respect for the environment and the beach is a landfill.
People are a little bit less pushy that Marrakesh or Fes, but there's nothing to do there. You can see the entire old town in 1h and the restaurants are just disgusting - dirty, expensive and not impressive at all.
The apartments are one of the best i stayed in! This comes from someone who travels a lot. Our room was very big and comfortable. It has everything in the room. without exaggeration, in one word: Perfect. Also the price is very reasonable!
The location was perfect! It was in the boulevard of Asilah and maybe 3-5min walk from the old city. The staff were very friendly and helped us with everything! The parking under the apartment was perfect for our car, very safe.
I will definitly be back here!
We enjoyed one night at the Riad Aicha before having to leave early to get our travel COVID tests. The riad is centrally located and within walking distance to everything in town. The rooftop also has great views of the surrounding village and night sky. Mohammed was incredibly helpful, and found us a taxi to Tangier for a last minute train to Casablanca. We can’t thank him enough for his quick help and willingness to sit with us at a cafe for a half hour until our cab showed up.
We really enjoyed our stay at Christina's House! The decor of the whole accommodation is very considered and looks great! The roof terrace is a real highlight with lots of room for various groups, and is also beautifully decorated with lots of plants. We were only supposed to stay for one night but decided to stay for another as we loved it so much. Definitely the comfiest beds we have slept in during our trip through Morocco too! We would definitely recommend staying here!
Nice and spacious apartment in Asilah. Seems like the staff made improvements, I did not see the clutter in the washing machine and terrace area, that other reviewers mentioned. Kitchen was fine, I cooked a couple of meals. Shower drained without issues. Hot water was good. Clean and modern apartment. Neighborhood seemd safe, next to a school. Just a couple of blocks is a street market and lots of stores. A perfectly fine stay in this town.
Excellent location for exploring Asilah, walking distance to the beach and medina. This is a very special and unique family run boutique hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and very clean, tastefully decorated, the breakfast is excellent, the tea is exquisite, there are numerous areas to lounge and relax both inside and out. The staff are very friendly and helpful, free street parking is available right in front of the hotel.
Beautiful riad in the the middle of Asilah old medina. Mohammed who works at the front desk was very helpful in suggesting restaurants and calling a taxi for our early morning flight. Keep in mind that reception is not always staffed, but you can contact them by phone if they’re not around. The lady who does breakfast and cleaning did a great job too, the fresh breads and Moroccan tea were delicious.
Incredible, caring people at this lovely riad! The building and amenities are beautiful, decorated thoughtfully with tons of happy, healthy plantlife. The personnel from management to the staff are caring and friendly, thoughtful and they go the extra mile. We stayed here for 7 nights and did day trips to northern Morocco cities and sites. We highly recommend it!!
The apartment is perfectly located, and it has a beautiful view on the ocean and the walls of the medina. The room was very modern and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was really nice and flexible, and he even offered help when we needed to print out our tickets urgently. If I visit Morocco again I will definitely return to this place.
The old spanish owner of the place is very unfriendly, not respectfull, do not have any customer service skills.
He did not even say welcome when I arrived but just your booking is fine. The atmosphere is not good at all.
The owner spoiled my stay in Asilah.
The local man working in the hotel lucky was very nice and and friendly and helpful..
High quality Riad. More expensive than I'm used to in Morocco but high standard. Very comfortable room, very helpful and multilingual staff. On booking it is Hotel Al Alba but when you arrive the sign says Riad Al Alba. Parking just outside for my van. Very extensive breakfast.
This hostel is very good value for money. You're very close to the city centre and right next to the beach. The man that runs the hotel -Abdal Qadir- is also really friendly and very knowledgeable about Morocco and Assilah!
Loved the location and the aesthetic of the hotel. Great staff ! Super helpful. I was a bit afraid it might be a bit loud, but the hotel was tucked away perfectly so that we weren't disturbed. So fun to be in the medina!
It was really an exceptional stay, Yassine was sooo friendly and kind, the property is awesome. If u visited Asilah and u didn’t stay at Puerto Marina ur stay is not complete. so so so recommended
One of coziest accommodation in Morocco ever.
It is so well decorated everything living room&bathroom&bedroom&terrace.
Owner&staff always ready to help,
Good location near the Medina.
I loved the design of the place!!! The hotel totally matches the price: for a quite few money I've had comfotrable bed, sofa, kichen and the location is great
Very nice, clean and spacious room. Good stop on the way from Tangier to Asilah. They serve a good breakfast and they have also secure private parking.
