Everything the nicest staff, the food, the view, the room all super. It is on a steep incline but just get a tuk tuk up if you think you are going to struggle. Really good value for money.

Ella all in all has low standards of hotels. This one also need some renovation. But the manager try to do the best job and he is kind. I saw that people who works there do their best with garden etc. Swimming pool is small but perfect to chill. Really good location- walking distance to Nine Arches Bridge and Main Street with restaurants.

The Residence is a very cute property located in nature, and very close to the main viewpoints of Ella. The style of the building is charming, and the staff is very helpful, reactive and welcoming. It’s easy to find, and you can park a scooter there if you’ve rented one. Breakfast is served directly to you so you can enjoy it from the terrace of your room. Otherwise, it’s calm, and you can also appreciate all the tropical birds singing. The bathroom was clean, and spacious. You can grab a tuktuk very easily or walk around to enjoy the awesome views of Ella.

Very Professional and well run establishment. Stunning views. Local bars and restaurants excellent and just around the corner. Could not fault this place. Good a la carte breakfasts, lunches and cocktails. Sorry never got a change to try dinner, too many tempting other establishments up the road.

I had paid almost 300 euros for two nights . First room what we got paint was falling in shower then hotel staff has given second room where ac was leaking in room and water overall in room . We got then third room was bit luxurious but smell was not good . In booking.com is showing distance from center 300 meters but this is more then one km on hill in evening is dark if one wants to go downtown and foggy as well . We got set breakfast not buffet for two days . I am not very happy with booking.com as well this is not the way to cheat customers. I have paid big amount of money but i didn’t enjoy this .
