The room was clean, very spacious. Plugs were available every corner of the room. Staff were courteous and very helpful. Although the onsen was small, it was very clean and comfortable. The outdoor onsen felt amazing. Lots of amentities available to use after the bath. Food provided was filling and delicious - a lot of variety.
Staff were very helpful with driving us to where we need to go after check out. Would def recommend to make arrangements with ArimaOnsen to pick up the station, since the place is located on a hill.
