Near Fushimi Inari, which makes it easy for guests to arrive earlier than anyone else for better pics. Clean, very clean. The light is also great, you can have dim it or have it very bright.

Excellent location so close to Kyoto station. Flat walk so problem even with lots of luggage. Good breakfast selection and nice dining area includimg outside area. Lots of coffee machines offering four types of coffee beand. Firepits and lots of lounge area with modern and trendy decor. Lovely bath products provided. They lent us umbrellas when it raisned. Great free drink at the bar every night.
