Location was great. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good, although you may have to wait for some time to be seated at the weekends or on holidays. We had a room with a lovely view of the river and you could open the windows.

Can park at shared commercial parking below the hotel, allows multiple entry/exit for 1000 yen a day. Spacious room for price. There is a small convenient store on 2nd foor too.
