The hotel is a little over one hour drive from Fiumicino Airport in Rome. If you are traveling north and do not want to stay in Rome, this is a lovely spot filled with locals and ruins dating back to the Etruscans. The best cappuccinos we had in Italy were in the little square by the fountain. There is parking close to the hotel, but you may need to wait for a space.

Stefania and Ottavio were super kind and met us when we arrived/departed (and also provided a restaurant recommendation). Tuscania is also a super cute town along an ancient Roman road and is well worth exploring - it's relatively close to the coast and not much more than an hour from FCO.

The apartment is situated in the historical centre of Tuscania and it’s really one of the most beautiful old towns. Parking was right in front of the apartment and there is a washing machine. We also loved the BBQ on the terrace.
