The place, though right against the not so pretty low part of the tiny town is actually quite nice

At first night we had apartment 58 in ground floor and it felt really moldy, so we wanted to change it, all stuff was very helpful and changed our apartment to 72 in first floor, there was no other problem. Simply equipped accommodation, older resort but whole area was clean, with all equipment one can need. Pool, sun beds for each apartment on the beach, minimarket, also really nice private beach by the beachrock bar restaurant. Price range definitely meets ours expectations…

A lovely place feeling like a agri-tourisme. Far enough for tranquility and scenery while only a short drive to the coast. Breakfast is just amazing and making your stay luxurous.

We loved everything. From the pictures we didn't expect such an amazing place. The apartment was very clean and cute. Considering that this is a studio (or an ensuite) the space was perfectly organised and seemed to be much bigger; perfect for a couple and eventually a child. In front of it we had a table with umbrella and 2 beach chairs. In addition there was a parking space repaired from the sun. It was amazing waking up and going to the pool (I think one side was around 70cm deep and the other 170 cm more or less). Amazing the Eucalipto trees and in general the location. The sea is 5-10 min from the house (depending on which beach you choose). The most amazing thing was that, being on a little hill (Poggio), it was always nicely windy. The host was very kind, she also suggested different places to go for fun/visit and eating.

Brand new beautiful and cozy apartment. If you are traveling by car or bike the location is excellent. A beautiful seaside is a few min drive, parking at the seaside is easy. A supermarket is 3 min drive.
The area is very quiet.

beautiful setting a few kilometres from the beach. A position that catches the wind which was a of huge relief in this summer heart. Fantastic swimming pool. Perfectly cleanliness. Wonderful welcome, perfect check-in and check-out. Thank you Letizia!
Villaggio Orizzonte offers self-catering accommodation on Tuscany's Gulf of Follonica, 900 metres from the beach. It features a tennis court, spa, and 2 semi-Olympic pools.
Very nice resort at this time of the year. I can imagine it could be very crowdy during July and August. Some staff speak English but most don't. Very convenient to carry a good dictionnary with you. Google not very useful.
Most of the staff were very nice.
Wonderfull breakfast and food in general but difficult to find out what is going to be from the menu until it is in front of you.
Perfect place if you just want to enjoy the beach.
The problem is how to get in and out in public transport.
For the price the hotel was fine.
Maybe its better to go in the middle of the season or even with your family, since they do have a pool and activities to offer.
The bed was big and comfortable.
You need definitely a car, but if you do have one there are nice places to visit.
The area is not very touristy, the beach is nice and is very calm.
Cooking facilities were very good as we had bought food from the local supermarket for out evening meal. Roberta was an excellent host, and was very helpful in advising us of the local facilities available in Riotorto.
