Functional, spacious and clean apartment, nice furniture, kind host. Enough storage space. Good bed, windows not facing the street, so quiet at night even for light sleepers like myself. Easy parking at the nearby public car park a couple minutes walk away - a definite plus. Our two-week stay went well and we were pleased with the apartment. The weather was not very favourable for our mountain activities in the first week but luckily improved later on.
When visited Lecco center, did not bother trying to find a place to park but took the bus (D50). Convenient bus stop on the main street, across the Olginate church, bought bus tickets from the Giornalaio nearby. Timetable at the bus stop.

We arrived late to the hotel a staff member told us that they have decided to upgrade us to a better room which was an amazing news - the breakfast with a lake view was amazing.

Something important about the hotel! - if you have an EV or rent an EV that's the place for you with several spots to charge your car.
It is a beautiful location in a beautiful area. Lots to see and do if you like mountains, lakes and the italian way of life. Milano nearby with good train connection Olginate is just outside of Lecco, so a bit quieter. There are cafes and shops nearby. To get to Lecco you really need a bike or car. I am told taxi's are hard to find.
