The location is awesome. We were late for the check in (reached around 10pm). The staff still accommodated us by coordinating at that time, since the check in closes at 7pm.

Easy to find. Fast check in. Free Parking at the hotel. Good clean room and short lovely drive to Montepulciano. The hotel is totally managed by a lovely welcoming family. Mateo,the son, is the chef. The food is so good we had all our meals at the hotel.

Worked perfect for our stay- close to the thermal hot pool but need a car to get into the town, which we had, so for us it worked perfect.
