Comfort of bistro
Aurora in the bistro, Guisseppe in the main restaurant, the front desk staff, and the cleaning person were very attentive, friendly and professional. My time in the bistro was very nice thanks to Aurora, and Guiseppe gave me advice on my travels to Padua.

The Hotel is very big, inside out. With a lot of spaces for some rest (armchairs & table) indoor and a huge park around the building. There are two pools one indoor connected to one outdoor of warm water and with hydromassage that turns on several time during scheduled timetables. There is a little (2 people) sauna & steam room. It is 10 minute walk from the train station and centre with shops. A longer walk (20 mins) for a supermarket. The breakfast has a variety of sweet & salted offers with staff that moves amongst tables to clean & bring us the hot beverages of our choice. Night porter service. Beautiful view of the hills from the balcony.

It was a run down town that only catered to people wanting to swim in the spa pools in the hotels. the hotels could have been placed anywhere including a city centre - the local surroundings were very residential and un-interesting.

The hotel itself is beautiful. Classy but affordable. The terme pools are quite large and have a diverse assortment of therapies. The Nero Spa was so relaxing and my husband and I could have spent more time here. Several different saunas, steam rooms, and sensory areas.
We also paid to have all 3 meals included in our stay and the food was amazing. The wines we tried were all excellent. The hotel also had a live pianist and harp player at different meals. The experience was all around incredible!
The Spa, the rooms, the staff, and the hotel even though its older in terms of interior design and some amenities is really really nicely maintained and well designed. Everything is well organized and looks so nice, and its big enough so it doesn’t feel packed even though the hotel was full when we were staying there. I would say it’s great value for money.
The aromatherapy spa is beautiful and so are the heated pools. Wonderful and relaxing.
Amazing meals every night, wonderful breakfast every morning. Great spa with multiple pools. The staff were exceptional. Easy access to small town shopping or quick train ride in to Venice. Great bike paths and free bikes at hotel. Hotel shuttle to town was also great.
Large and comfortable room, plugs next to bed and good lighting. Nice balcony. Quiet at night.
Hotel with perfect location near train station for easy trips to nearby towns like Venice. Very nice and large spa, it even has a bar. Very friendly and efficient staff.
The Hotel has a great garden and a spacious spa facility. One could stay in the pools forever due to the thermal waters enriching the temperature and the quality of the water. The owners are there for generations and give their best given the circumstances.
the property is new with great spa facilities and very relaxing atmosphere. We checked in in the evening and went to the pool until 11pm which was amazing. The breakfast was one of the best we had on the entire trip. Highly recommend this resort.
The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of quality products, as well as the hotel restaurant menu with a great wine list. The whole atmosphere of the hotel and the pools is pleasant and relaxing. Staff very forthoming. We plan to come back.
Great value for money, ample parking, most of it with shade and lovely pools, open until 10 PM.
Mind you, it's an old school 4 star hotel, so there is a mandatory dress code for dinner.
The breakfast is fabulous.
The hotel is comfortable and nice, the mountain views are amazing. We especially enjoyed the dinners, the dishes were small, but delicious. I can also recommend the massage in the beauty center.
Location was great, just half block from Montegrotto Terme train station. Fabiola was great and very helpful. We could go back there in a heartbeat. Incredible restaurant downstairs
I traveled with three of my friends. We all booked separately, check in was easy, staff spoke English well, very accommodating and thorough. Hotel was clean, quiet, and relaxing.
