Very good location , just a few seconds to magnificent view of lake, a lot of local good restaurants around, Flat is super modern and very clean, It somehow has a good vibe in the whole flat,we really enjoyed, shower, cooking and slept well.Even our dog was very relaxed. Malgrate is a small town located across the southern end of Lake Como from Lecco. It is very nice and avoids the hustle of the larger cities in the area but provides convenient access to all of them. Lecco is a short walk away with ferry access to all of Lake Como.

Malgrate is horrible . We really booked for the luxury of this hotel which was a huge disappointment. We thought this was going to be an amazing stay but it did not meet any expectations that was advertised through booking.com there were other ppl who spoke to felt the same but maybe they don’t complain I don’t usually I get on with it but the hot tub not working was awful

The area is really nice, clean, quiet, safe and has some really nice restaurants, views and great for walks in the morning and evening. Lecco is 25 minute walk and easy to do. You are away from all the hustle and bustle of Lecco by staying in Malgrate. Buses go to Bellagio which is also excellent! Covo Nord Ovest is an excellent restaurant and must go to place! Buses do not run as frequent, so ensure you check timetable before travelling, and buy bus tickets from newsagent opposite pharmacy.VishalUnited Kingdom

Within 15 minutes of walking you can reach the center of Lecco. If you travel by car you can find many parking spots at the hotel. The view from the room with lake view was amazing. Also the view of the terrace at the rooftop. The room was renovated and new. The balcony was really nice and had a lot of space.

The house is quite spacious and well equipped to cook for yourself. Very safe place to park your car as well, behind locked doors. The location is very private and close to nice restaurants and beach, I think Malgrate was a nicer place to stay than it would have been in Lecco.

I highly suggest renting a car to travel around Lake Como as moving around in a taxi is not possible in many instances due to several reasons. The hotel however was great. Great breakfast, drinks, food, dining halls, and lake sidewalk.
