On the plus side the view from the hotel was beautiful, the staff were pleasant and always ready to help giving good restaurant recommendations and travel advice, the food was good - albeit very expensive and the staff provided us with a packed breakfast as we had an early flight from Pisa.

The room was charming and very well priced, looking out onto beautiful gardens. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, served on a terrace surrounded by flowers and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

It was the best place to stay in Italy one could ask for.
It was the best place to stay in Italy one could ask for. It felt like staying in a Wonderland or on the scene of an old romantic Italian movie. The owner is very generous, there was not only water in the fridge but also soft drinks and snacks. In addition a wide selection of tea and coffee. A very spacious and clean apartment with a wonderful Italian balcony. Overall a magical place and I regret that I only booked it for one night. It was 5 minutes from a lovely beach. The hotel made a reservation for us at one of the beaches including a bed and umbrella and parking which was very reasonable. We had a continental breakfast In their beautiful garden. We went to the other side, Lerici and the towns around the Bay of Poets which was only a few minutes drive. Plus the hotel is close to one of my favorite towns, Sarzana, which has a great market every Thursday.StephanieUnited States
