The staffs are very courteous and allowed me to check in way early than the usual time. The location of the hotel is quite far off from the bustling areas of Batu Aji. It's quiet in the day. Not much happening in and around the hotel.

For Harris Waterfront specifically. Its a distance away from the city area. So you may plan all your activities and shopping in a clustered area so you only have to travel from that place to your hotel.

I have to say the staff are very friendly and fast response on my enquiry and demands. My n my daughter had a relaxing n quiet afternoon at our seafront Villa untill my next door guests arrived. I realised that the room has a super poor soundproofing, I could hear every conversation loud and clear from the adjoining room, and especialy loud when the sound came from the adjoining balcony Unfortunately, my next door guests slept late n seems like they had their "late party" till 2am.. I can't slept well n really spoiled my mood. Will not consider to stay here .

Very peaceful and authentic experience for those who wish for a restful holiday. The people are friendly and accommodating. Lots of opportunities to sample their cuisine as there are many roadside stalls and shop houses selling local food. Good shopping to be had at the nearby malls.

Sultan room was spacious with jacuzzi in the room. The swimming pool is slightly deep. Should have engraved the depth nearby. Spa is the Best!!!! Highly recommend the Bali style massage with Hot Compressed! Anyway they have loads of treatment and massage to offer! Staffs are polite and helpful and speak good English too! This place gives you the BALI vibes!
