Location was close to town. Beautiful and cozy room. Shower was hot and bed and pillow were very comfy! Staff was very accommodating and helpful.

This location is amazing. I really enjoyed staring at the view, and I really loved the onsite coffee shop. Also the bakery cart right at the hotel was lovely. Was easy to book a shuttle to Guatamala city straight from the office. Boat lauch to head to other locations around the lake are walking distance from the hotel.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Stunning grounds with lots of activities to do during your stay, and the cafeteria is pretty good too. Although I don’t speak Spanish staff was very patient with me and helpful when communicating. I couldn’t recommend more
