Great spot. Beautiful place. Very clean. Only critique is that the woman who ran the place didn’t. Communicate very well relative to and the instructions to find the place were vague and had me wandering around for 40 min or so.

The owners of the place are so friendly and sweet! They prepared orange juice and a sweet treat for me when I checked in, and even gave me souvenirs when I checked out. You can feel that this place is managed from the heart by the owners, the room is equipped especially thoughtfully, showing the owners' genuine consideration of the things guests experience.
The room is cleaned daily and extremely neat and tidy. The toilet is very clean. The room is lots of facilities, such as a big mini fridge, a hairdryer, handsoap, aircon, lamps, laundry rack, many charging ports and even a balcony where you can enjoy the breeze from the comfort of your own room.
The location is incredible! Just 1 min walk to a pretty blue dome church with the most gorgeous views over the entire coastline. Just 3 mins walk to a whole line of restaurants along the pier. Basically, in less than 5 mins, you can reach two beaches already (a pebble one and a sand one).
The bed is so comfortable and the pillows are so soft and lovely. The blanket is so warm and toasty too. I had such good night sleep in the bed. If you're looking to recharge or have a relaxing, easy vacation, Paradise Garden is definitely a top choice to stay at.

Elena apartments were great value for money. Attractive decor with spacious apartments. Comfortable beds and pillows, cooking facilities and cleaning/ fresh towels every day. All the staff were lovely- especially Spiros who greeted us with a smile, cold drinks and carried our luggage up the stairs to our room. Lovely welcome pack of wine, juice, water, fruit and cookies. Great location to walk to beach, restaurants or supermarket. Wonderful and relaxing stay.

Small harbour village on east of Paros, a lot quieter than Parikia or Naoussa but connected by good roads and bus service. Should be considered with Logaras about 1km to south along coast with superior beach and also bars and tavernas and a shop. There is a beach club beyond Logaras (Punda) but did not go there. The harbour front of Piso Livadi has a good choice of restaurants/tavernas/bars. The road to the pier is closed to traffic at night.

Small, attractive harbour, fairly quiet when we were there in September. Lots of choices of restaurants there and over the headland in Logards, within easy walking distance, which also had a good beach.

Quaint and very pretty.
Quaint and very pretty. Around 6 tavernas and cafes, all on the beach front. A bakery, very small supermarket in village and larger one 10-15 walk inland. 3-4 gift shops. Lovely to sit with a Freddocino and your toes in the sand! Another larger beach, Logaras, just 5 minutes walk around the point. Amazing food in the tavernas - we sampled calamaris, tuna, swordfish and octopus.

Nice town with many geek restaurants. Calm place, not crowded by tourists. Good location to start exploring the island.
The beaches in Piso Livadia are not great, its better to rent a car and go somewhere else, say, to Palm Beach or Golden Beach.
The location is great- just a few steps from the best restaurants of the town and a beautiful beach. Tha backyard is so beautiful and relaxing. We booked just a few days before our arrival, our room was very clean , comfortable. The rooms on the backyard have a wonderful view and nice balcony or terrace. We will book much earlier next time to get one of those rooms.Dina is a very friendly, sweet lady - she welcomed us with a plate of fresh figs from her garden upon arrival . We highly recommend this hotel - thank you very much dear Dina.

We spent the day at the beach there are many nice organized beaches near Piso Livadi, From 5 to 20 min away, never had to drive too long. and in the afternoon we just chilled at Piso Livadi not as crowded as Naussa, and parking was very easy too.
Small family run hotel in the pretty seaside town of Piso Livadi. Simply decorated rooms. Very clean. Aircon. Caring welcome with manager eager to help organise transport and activities.
Homemade cakes and tarts for breakfast to complement the regular breakfast fare.
We dined twice at Gialos restaurant and once at Markakis, both on the port, and both were excellent.
Did a Great walk along the Byzantine Way from Lefkes to Prodromos and then to beaches at Molos and Kalogeros.
The property is beautiful and we had a nice time walking to the beach and restaurants in Piso Livadi and visiting nice villages on Paros. We enjoyed the stay thanks to the host Emmanouela. We were on one week vacation and she was beyond hospitable! She was always reachable by WhatsApp. Good location of the apartments (Logaras and Punda beach, supermarkets, banery and great restaurant Anna&Giorgos nearby). We liked very much the set of greek cosmetics Korres. Amazing place!

A warm and loving family atmosphere, the best place for my vacation, we received help and answers even before we arrived at the hotel, I will absolutely stay there again when I'm in Paros! We received recommendations and help every minute that we needed, maximum and kind people!!!
Amazing location, if you can manage the steps. Every hotel-style room has a great view of the sea and harbor. It was nice to be a slight distance from the center of town and back from the main road, but still able to walk to restaurants, beaches, and even cafes and other towns inland if you feel like it. Our room seemed to have been renovated recently.
The hotel was very charming and provided a relaxed and comfortable environment. The outside sitting area was perfect for breakfast in the morning. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect and centralized as we were able to either walk or take the bus to the areas we wanted to visit.
The location of the hotel was amazing - we absolutely loved Piso Livadi. You are able to easily get buses from a local bus stop to other parts of the island which was great. The hotel was clean and our room was comfortable. They also provided water for the room which was very helpful during the high temperatures!

Hosts were very nice and even helped us to arrange transportation to the ferry when we couldn't get any taxi. The location is good from a walking distance from Piso Livadi and beaches.
Location was very central to Piso Livadi and communication with staff was prompt and easy.
I saw some comments about the beds but it was a standard mattress and I had no issues.
Lovely apartment with all the facilities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very close to Piso Livadi, a quite low-key small village with lovely seafood restaurants.
