We like peace and quite and so go in April and October, this means it's very peaceful but also means most places are closed. There is a lovely restaurant called Panos that stays open all year from midday and there is an app you can download on your phone called efood that allows ordering and delivery of meals and snacks from a number of really friendly local businesses. The best taxi firm we have found it called Roadstar and have been absolutely brilliant every stay

Don't be fooled into thinking Laganas is just for the party and night club scene. Yes, I know it's excellent for this too, but also a lovely place to stay if you want to relax, enjoy lovely beeches, beautiful scenery and great food. Laganas is more for parity people then for family holiday as there are a lot of pubs night clubs and a lot of noise at the night. it is nice if you are young couple and want to have night life and party and less time to spend on the beach. on the other hand, the beach is huge, it's long and nice ,water is clear and maybe is perfect for kids as it is not deep at all (I must go maybe for 500 m to come to deep part of the sea)ninaRomania - 4.0Scored 4.0

Laganas is noisy and full with drunks from England, Serbia and Italy. They are not violent but a sore eye. I mean if you like clubbing go for it, it would certainly be great for you. The town is (very, very) dirty. Sidewalks are completely absent apart from the main strip. There people driving a lot of ATVs very chaotically (and most probably drunk) all over the place. The single best part of Laganas is the beach. Very clean only with sand and with a smooth entry into the water. Almost all the sunbeds are free for use if you order something. The restaurants on the sea side have a great view, although it's not the best food I ate in Greece. Oh, and another thing I disliked in Laganas was that every restaurant had people trying to convince you to dine at their place. It's a little tiring If you want a more pleasant and quite time in a place with a great beach (similar to the one in Laganas) I would recommend Tsilivi.CristianRomania - 10Scored 10

Location is perfect, right on the beach - on the right side you can find all the beach bars of Laganas, while on the left side there's a long, quiet beach without any sunbeds/bars. So everyone should be able to find a spot that fits their needs :) There's a supermarket right next door, which was also convenient. There's a daily cleaning service which was really appreciated, because sand gets literally everywhere. The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, we have no complaints!ZsófiaHungary

We were able to leave our luggage for few hours after check out because our flight was in the evening, she helped us with transfer to the AirPort and she also even offered that we could take a shower before flight. That means a lot for a tourist. Room was clean, really close to main road with restaurants and bars and also close to the beach. Perfect location for young people. Everyone is really nice and helpful in Laganas. I really recommend :)

We were a stone's throw from everything ... from the beach, nightlife, restaurants, souvenir shops. The location is one of the quietest in Laganas. The room was cleaned every day in an excellent way and the Staff (including the cleaning lady) really very kind and helpful, for anything they were always ready to support us. The location has also its own restaurant in front where the owner are there every day so if you need something you just need to ask. They will clean the apartment every 2 days and give you fresh towels. You are also close to small shops that can provide an excellent breakfast. We will for sure come back here next year. Also, it's very close to the beach-which I loved, to the town centre and also to many shops and supermarkets. True, it's full of young Brits who come to party-Laganas, not the hotel itself, but I never saw them causing any troubles and it seemed to me that they gave life to the area. :) Big enough room too. :)
