The staff is friendly and very attentive. The Chania Palace **** has big rooms with and a big outside terrace of about 16 or 20m2. You have the view of the sea from there, partially blocked by the hotel building on the other side of the road, but still nice. For winter they have a fireplace in the room which should be quite nice. Some towels weren’t clean but got changed right away.AAnonymousPoland

Manthos and his all family and crew members were synced to make us feel at home but in a boutique hotel! The place is beautiful with outstanding views, an outstanding standard of cleaning and hosting! This was the best stay we had in all of Greece and basically, one of the best stays we both have ever had... Thank you Manthos! It's obvious you are just delivering your passion and your grandfather will and standards for hospitality.

A very good variety of choices for breakfast and options for lunch or dinner. The room was really comfortable and very very clean! The nature around the resort offers the perfect ambience for a good night's sleep, but also a great scene morning walks. Our hosts were very polite and friendly and welcomed us fondly.

A good option to stay during the winter time to explore the mountains though in our case we stayed to explore the beautiful beaches of the Pelion area (~30min by car). Comfortable beds and free parking area nearby the hotel (2mins walking). Good quality price. Recommended.
