Astromeria, hotel in Chania

Set on an elevated position, in the village of Makryrachi, Astromeria offers accommodations with unobstructed views over the green-covered hills of Pelion or the pool and the garden.

The location was ideal to visit many beaches. The breakfast buffet had a good variety and freshly baked delicacies. The pool is rather small for adults but kept the kids busy! The staff was very friendly!

Hotel Manthos Blue, hotel in Chania

Hotel Manthos Blue enjoys a beachfront location in the cosmopolitan Agios Ioannis beach, in eastern Pelion, between the beaches of Plaka and Papa Nero.

The staff was awesome. They were very helpful and responded promptly to all our needs. Breakfast was delicious. Location is excellent as it is next to two beaches (one right in front of the hotel and the other on approximately 10 minutes walk - you have to go through a rocky path, but it's very manageable).

It’s an old traditional hotel. The main season is during the winter, so it was half empty. There is parking next to the hotel. The staff is friendly and very attentive. The Chania Palace **** has big rooms with and a big outside terrace of about 16 or 20m2. You have the view of the sea from there, partially blocked by the hotel building on the other side of the road, but still nice. For winter they have a fireplace in the room which should be quite nice. Some towels weren’t clean but got changed right away.

Woww!! Can't even start to explain how AMAZING this stay was! Manthos and his all family and crew members were synced to make us feel at home but in a boutique hotel! The place is beautiful with outstanding views, an outstanding standard of cleaning and hosting! This was the best stay we had in all of Greece and basically, one of the best stays we both have ever had... Thank you Manthos! It's obvious you are just delivering your passion and your grandfather will and standards for hospitality.

Great hotel. It was my second time here and I really loved it both times. A very good variety of choices for breakfast and options for lunch or dinner. The room was really comfortable and very very clean! The nature around the resort offers the perfect ambience for a good night's sleep, but also a great scene morning walks. Our hosts were very polite and friendly and welcomed us fondly.

Nice hotel to stay in. The staff was really friendly and very welcoming and the room was spacious. A good option to stay during the winter time to explore the mountains though in our case we stayed to explore the beautiful beaches of the Pelion area (~30min by car). Comfortable beds and free parking area nearby the hotel (2mins walking). Good quality price. Recommended.

Breakfast was very good. Location Fantastic. The owner Mr.Zaferis was the best owner I have met for the last year. Very polite, professional and he really made our stay to be remembered for future. Food in the evening was perfect, and very reasonably priced. View from the hotel - it is something you have to experience.

The hotel is well worth a visit. We went there during a heatwave, and it was a blessing - 11 degrees cooler than in Volos. Stunning views from the terrace, nice cafe/restaurant. I am sure it is even nicer in the winter
