Lianos Village, hotel in Agios Prokopios

Surrounded by beautifully kept gardens and a lovely pool and terrace area, Lianos Village is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway, just 5 minutes’ walk from the sandy beach.

Being in the hospitality business myself, Irene, Chris and the whole crew at Lianos made me and my friend Beth feel so welcome. There was no need that they didn't meet, from our own Taxi driver(Dimitri), to car rentals and everything in between. The property is beautiful with a wonderful breakfast in the morning and once again friendly faces. The pool was perfect when you wanted to have a lazy day or late start to the day. The beach is walking distance.

Built in true Cycladic style, Proteas Hotel & Suites offers an outdoor pool and bar. It is located a 1969 ft (less than a 10-minute walk) from the sandy beach of Agios Prokopios.

The hotel is beautiful and charming. We had a lovely, large room with kitchen, clean comfy beds and a small but fully functioning bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful and offer a very tasty breakfast and brunch which we enjoyed most days. I would thoroughly recommend this family run hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, pretty hotel within a 10 minute walk to the beach.

If you'd like a very secluded quiet place then this is for you. As I said, if you'd like to explore the island you will need a car. You really even need a car to get food and water. We walked to El Greco restaurant across the bay when we arrived on Sunday and they were very busy and the staff seemed a little overwhelmed. We had to wait a long while but it was fine since we were not in a hurry.

I picked the area as part of initially picking a lodging, but something went bad and it was cancelled (not sure if me or the owne). We worked to find another spot, but much was closing down for the season after about mid October. We found a host who was in midst of closing Anna's Studios after closing her other Welcome Home Studios, but envited us in. This was just the beginning of the hospitality and friendliness of the area.

The best beach we experienced in Greece - absolutely stunning. Perfect location, close to restaurants, transport and supermarkets. We had dinner at the nearby Giannoulis Restaurant. This restaurant was so good that we went back a second time. The staff were so hospitable and accommodating, and the food was exceptional. It is very easy to get to town using the local buses. The bus stop is close by and the buses come past every half hour or every hour.

Beach has various beachclubs to choose from (wild guess around 10 or so). The village is small but has a good coffee place, good restaurant (Giannoullis) and various restaurants near the beach for lunch. We were there beginning of September (end of season) so not sure whether there are any parties.

The accommodation was perfect for two people and it was close to everything. The room was cleaned every day and the sheets get changed every three days. We had a very big balcony and we’ve enjoyed to have breakfast and dinner at the balcony with a perfect view. The hosts are very nice people and help the guests in all requests. The beach is very close and there’re many restaurants and bars around. We felt immediately at home and were very sad to leave this paradise. We’ll come back for sure!

This hotel is run by the most kind people in Naxos. The room is cleaned to perfection every day and the staff is always there to offer help with anything you might need. Natalia made sure we had everything we needed and Yanis dropped us at the port. The beach is about 10 minutes walk away and theres a lot of grocery stores on the way there. We visited some beaches on Naxos and the one near this hotel was the most beautiful one. Highly recommend to stay here if you choose Naxos as your destination.

The hotel is in a great location- the beach is right across the street. They reserve you a free cabana at the beach which is great considering they are roughly €35 per day. Also, the bus stop is right across the street if you are interested going into Naxos town and the staff will guide you on how to use it. Breakfast was included everyday and included tons of options. Staff was always helpful when asking questions! Rooms had a Greek design to them with stone which made the stay even better.

This is the cutest little place with a beautiful pool and landscape, just a 2 min walk to the beach and in a super location. It was bigger than expected and super clean and nice. it’s right next door to a famous restaurant that you HAVE to experience. a true, authentic Greek taverna that you can walk to in 30 seconds. we fell in love with Naxos because of this experience. highly recommend. you won’t find a better place to stay at this price. incredible value!

what a lovely place. the views over the pool area are incredible, the restaurant has gorgeous food, the hotel is less than a 10 minute walk to one of the best beaches I’ve ever been to (agios prokopios beach) and the staff are all so helpful, in particular Aga and Irini behind the bar and Barbara who is always there to help with anything - including a mattress topper at request! I highly recommend Kavos, the best place to stay in Naxos

Great views of the Agios Prokopios beach and mountains from the hotel property. Pool and hotel facilities fantastic. Management and staff incredibly hospitable, warm and friendly. They genuinely care the patrons are enjoying their stay. Breakfast was a nice addition and with a lot of variety. Poolside bar and staff top notch with reasonable prices on drinks. Loved pretty much everything. First, the location was great, just a 6-7 min walk to the beach and all the restaurants on Agios Prokopios. The included breakfast had a ton of choices, hot and cold, sweet and savory. Staff was incredibly attentive. Helped with finding a rental car, restaurant and beach club recommendations as well as tips for places to see on the island.

Best room to stay in on Naxos. It was a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful room with a very caring host. It had a lovely balcony to enjoy a wine and takeout food plus hang clothes up. Also has a parking lot should you book one from the port. It is about 20m away from the beaches and town which has amazing restaurants, ATM, rental car and laundry.

Absolutely wonderful experience. This is a local, family run hotel facing one of the most beautiful beaches in Naxos. The rooms are clean and comfortable (should be a 3 star hotel), the free breakfast is top notch and the staff are warm, welcoming and professional. I’ve traveled extensively and absolutely loved this place. I will definitely be back.

The hotel is very beautiful and ideally located, just a 5 min. walk to the beach. The swimming pool is great and we basically had it to ourselves most of the time. Unlike other hotels we’ve seen in Naxos, it is not directly on the main road but a little back so that the noise is reduced and the whole street cannot see you while you’re sunbathing.

Our stay was amazing. The hotel is greatly situated just next to Agios Prokopios (one of the best in our perspective and with many charming shops, restaurants and cafés). There is a bus station right next to the hotel to make it easy to access Naxos Town and the beaches. The breakfast was excellent and the staff welcoming and very helpful
