This was by far the most amazing stay I've ever had- from really fantastic customer service, incredible food and a wonderful room- I can't wait to stay again!
When we arrived at the hotel we found that the staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was perfect with everything expected and more, super comfy bed, really clean, great shower, love that they use refillable water bottles, tv with internet access so that we could log into our Netflix account- honestly I would recommend it to everyone.
Amazing breakfast options (which were included in the price!)- food was absolutely incredible (we also paid for dinner on the first night- I highly recommend the burger!), also the most amazing hot chocolate and coffees I've ever had. Staff team always willing to help wherever possible and even took time to talk with us about our weekend.
I am so happy that all the cheaper hotels (which I normally use) were fully booked, the stay really felt like it was worth the money and really enhanced our visit to London- I hope to stay again next year (and maybe again before that if I can find an excuse to stay in London again!)

2nd visit for us. Daughter & I came last year & the location was perfect for the event we were attending. The rooms are nice & clean & the staff super helpful. The thing that’s especially good is the electric car charging as coming from Bristol it was great to recharge overnight for the return journey. Definitely would stay again has a great vibe about the place.
Hotel Cromwell Stevenage was once a farm house and home to John Thurloe, secretary to Oliver Cromwell. The property is close to the A1(M) and just 10 minutes’ drive from Knebworth Park.

All staff were were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The reception staff, Joanne, Gabbie and Hollie in particular showed immense patience in sorting out my requirements for working on line whilst at the hotel.
The room was spaceous for a single room, in addition I was given as much coffee, tea and milk as I could possibly need, (I was offered more biscuits) The restaurant was excellent, more helpful staff, I can recommend the breakfast.

Clean hotel, night porter was very kind and helpful! Breakfast was good but would've liked to have more options!
Wonderful city! Loved the old houses and beautiful flowers everywhere- met a few friendly locals and enjoyed a bit of charity shopping. Busses were easy to use and accepted cashless payments which was a bonus.
We ate and stayed at The White Hart which was incredible and offered the most amazing food.

Old Welwyn us a sleepy, pretty little village, Welwyn Garden City (a couple of miles, if that) is a lovely little town, lots of restaurants and bars. London is 30 minutes by train. Stay here and commute in if you want a London holiday....

I was in the area to visit family and since they didn't have room for me I stayed in this hotel/restaurant/pub. It was very comfortable and the room was quiet even with the bar downstairs. The bed was comfortable, which is always important! I had the option to have my room refreshed every day if I chose to. Welwyn is a cute village and I always felt safe. I didn't eat in town since I was visiting family but there are lots of places to eat.

It is a lovely village with an very good selection of places to eat and drink. We enjoyed our walk around the village, it felt safe and welcoming. Very close to the M25 for journeys further afield. The surrounding countryside is beautiful too.

We were visiting the area for a particular reason and chose Welwyn because we were aware (a little bit) of it. We found the town very much to our liking; plenty of choice for evening meals and, surprisingly, very quiet at night.
The location was perfect, it was so peaceful and we felt as though we were on holiday. We definitely will stay again.
The staff were friendly and accommodating. Luxurious, quality bedding, loved the period furniture, all kept to appropriate age of the hotel. The bar was well equipped and busy, it was nice to see a range of ages in the bar (a testament of popularity) not all residents, but had a relaxed atmosphere.
The breakfast was amazing. Good quality products, variety of choices continental to fruit and a full English.
The place is a gem. A small group of us stayed there as we were visiting London. Brilliant staff, lovely food, uber 5 minutes away and a train service from Welwyn North was great. Rooms were immaculate, comfy mattresses and great selection of tea, coffee, bottled water and biscuits in the room. Staff behind the bar and waiting on the tables can not be thanked enough.
The room is really beautiful and has all necessities: very charming with a super comfortable bed!
ALL the staff is always very friendly and helpful: Nicole was only on her 3rd day in at work and was managing it like a pro.
The restaurant has a very varied menu and the food (including breakfast) is simply delicious.
The perfect hotel for a short business trip!
Really characterful place (hotel and village) for our short stay. Staff were really excellent - very professional (relaxed but quite slick at the same time!).
We also really enjoyed our evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant, and free on-site parking was an added bonus.
It was a beautiful old hotel set in a fantastic location the staff were friendly and helpful and the room
spacious with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was very nice. Would highly recommend this hotel and we are looking forward to returning
The pictures do not do the White Hart justice, it’s so nice, really nice and at this price point I don’t think I will find a hotel to this warm welcoming high standard to match it. The best mattress I have ever slept on and a great breakfast to.
Our room was well equipped and very comfortable. Parking was right outside our door. We ate an evening meal in the hotel and it was delicious. Breakfast was excellent too. Situated in a lovely village which we enjoyed exploring.
I found the cottage very superb, very quaint and also very clean. I found the property in a very nice location and quiet the garden’s were very stunning and kept beautiful. Would recommend and come again.
Wonderful surprise when I arrive, an absolute gem, beautiful village it was in and the hotel was full of charm, the staff were excellent and very friendly
