Not a great deal. Absolutely no ambience
In dining room or other parts of the hotel. Staff were few & far between.
Barman was more interested in the football on the television. We were actually the only people eating in the restaurant.
Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Kathleen House Plus offers accommodation in the heart of Enfield, North London.

I really enjoyed my stay. The place was nice and clean and the location was perfect. Not too far from central Londen and the area where it’s located is really nice. Would definitely book again.

The hotel was basic but ok. What was not ok was that booking.com gave me an original price on the site then when I tried to pay for it they hiked the price by £38. I'll book directly now and not use booking.com again as it's a rip off.

1hrs after I checked in to my room, an Asian male cleaner entered my room uninvited, with his key knowing that I was in there. He spoke to me before he entered, he did not wait for me to open my door and just walked in. I felt my privacy violated and for the first time did not feel secure at this hotel. I was really annoyed by it. I really did not like this. The hotel does What I liked
Nice size room. Clean room, very relaxing. Fridge comfortable bed and pillows
What I disliked
1hrs after I checked in to my room, an Asian male cleaner entered my room uninvited, with his key knowing that I was in there. He spoke to me before he entered, he did not wait for me to open my door and just walked in. I felt my privacy violated and for the first time did not feel secure at this hotel. I was really annoyed by it. I really did not like this. The hotel does not have a safe so if I had any valuables left out god knows what could have happened. He could have also walked in on us naked with no clothes on. I checked in at 3pm and he walked in my already cleaned room at 3.45pm. The question I have is:
1. Why did he walk into my room, uninvited, and
2. What reason did he have to enter my room at that time 3.45pm 16.4.2023?
This is something I wish to know for security and privacy reasons.

Location and pricing for me to commute to Tottenham Stadium was perfect. The room was comfortable from bed to bedding to pillows.
Bathroom was ok and the shower was great.
There was a little road noise from my room which was 102 and the wall mounted electric heater was noisy when reaching pre-set temperature so turned it off.

Only one night - we came late from a flight from Canada and left early to meet our pals for brunch. Can't comment on the area, but the location is convenient. About 45 minutes by taxi from Heathrow.
Potential to be brilliant
The house itself is gorgeous. It’s really big and roomy, parking is great and the location is brilliant. Close to the m25 and with a bus stop outside and a train station a few minutes walk away it is easily accessible . There are shops, cafes and takeaways close by too. The layout of the house and the decor is lovely and the 75 inch tv was great for watching the football and a movie night.
The staff were the best especially Sara on reception who dealt with our room booking problem. She made sure it was sorted ,thank you again. All staff were helpful as the room maid did help too when we asked her . 10 out of 10 to all staff.
The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.
Location was perfect as tube station was a 7 minute drive away. Restaurant and coffee houses next door for refreshments in.
Apartment was very clean, actually brand new. It has everyting needed for pleasent stay - clean and fluffy towels, comfortable beds, utensils, salt, pepper, cooking oil and even dishwasher and washing machine tablets. Everything was clean and working. Such a pleasant stay.
Location is very good - close location to Potters Bar train station and next to Wetherspoon for breakfast. :)
I stayed at Ramada Hotel and it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is comfy and you will feel peaceful there. There are nearby shops where you can buy groceries. Wifi was for free and worked well. The receptionist, Sara was very friendly and supportive 💐
Definitely, I will stay there again when I travel to the UK.
Iam really thankful and I wish you all the best.
The location was lovely, a nice quiet neighborhood to rest in as a contrast with the bustling tourist crowds of London. We had everything we needed, and communication with the fantastic hosts was clear, precise, and timely. Parking was extremely easy, as was checkout. Our only complaint is that we didn’t have the time to stay longer and enjoy it more!
The location, ease of access, friendly and helpful staff and the price. The Staff were very helpful, the room clean and well stocked. Quiet room to say it was just off the A1/M25.
I would highly recommend this facility if you are planning a trip to London. Easy access to Potters Bar for rail services etc.
location was good for accessing London, Harry Potter etc train station 10 mins away. Good hotel and plenty of food places on site. toaster and kettle free to use inside services. free parking. never used service hotel before but it was really well maintained and such good value for money
Didn't feel like a lodge or hotel at all, the experience was like visiting an old friend! I stayed in the big suite and it's an amazing space fantastic hospitality, great food and very accommodating, a great find and will book again for sure.
Everything was good, they have some stuff at reception like water candy and beer. Sara at the front desk was absolutely the best help. Free parking, charging stations, also its a travel center so there is food and gas within feet.
The location, accommodation, and host were very good, only 10 minutes walk to the train station and then a fast train ride (18 mins) to central London ( Kings Cross). The accommodation is in a very quiet area.
Great location - very close to centre of Potters Bar
Despite a boiler breakdown, the onsite hosts did everything they could to mitigate the impacts (plug in radiator and hot water provided).
Location very handy for North London and access to local tube station network. Large free car park when using hotel and excellent choice of food outlets on site.
More space than a hotel and being able to make our own meals was great, the location felt safe and easy to use public transport to get into central London.
