Loved the hotel but unfortunately our room was very small 😕 and not very comfortable didn't have good sitting chairs which at our age we need, but the staff were fantastic and friendly and the food was excellent 😀 we'll visit again but we will know what room to book next time ☺️

Food and location were excellent, staff friendly and helpful, Dan in particular is a star.
Room 5 was recently decorated and the Bathroom had a very large walk-in shower that was 5 stars for power and temperature complete with heated towel rail.
In the pretty village of Menai Bridge, the 200-year-old Anglesey Arms is rich in original charm and traditional character, with en suite rooms, tasty home-cooked food and real ales.

A great central location for long and short walks in the area such as Penmon lighthouse, St Seriols, Aberlleiniog castle leading to Lleiniog beach on the Menai Straights, Llanddona beach connected to Red Wharf Bay, the coastal path and a nature reserve. The views in the area are stunning of the mountains, the sea and countryside. Beaumaris is a short drive or bus ride away. The area is hilly and very steep in places, there are a lot of single track roads with passing places.
