Great location. Extremely nice staff. Spotlessly clean room. Continental breakfast was perfect with natural yogurt, fresh raspberries, strawberries and blueberries and warm mini pastries. You could also order a cooked breakfast with a choice of size which I thought was a good idea for guests.

Good location close to an excellent pub, the George & Dragon where keycard was collected. Rooms are in two blocks with nominated parking close by. Eco friendly accommodation, with a large room and facilities which all worked well. Breakfast not available but this was known before I booked so wasn't an issue.

The Holkham estate was a joy to visit and reasonably priced.

The Holkham estate was a joy to visit and reasonably priced. The gift shop was great as it only sold locally made products from local artisans, which were unusual, good quality and reasonably priced- ideal for buying early Christmas gifts. Gooderstone Water Gardens were also nearby and beautiful. Nearby Swaffham has a fantastic old church to visit and lots of shops and cafes as well as a good supermarket for those who are self catering.
