Very warm and professional welcome. Easy free parking. Easy check in. Offered a choice of floor/quieter room. Very clean and comfortable room with air con. Good breakfast selection with vegan sausages available on request. Very handy location to break a journey. Closer to the M5 than some service stations, but feels completely separate with no service-station-vibe. Restaurant and take-away in same complex. Very good Indian restaurant and pub with meals just a short walk away.
Offering a restaurant, a bar, free Wi-Fi and free parking, The Crown by Marstons Inns is located in Droitwich. The property is 12 miles away from the historic cathedral city of Worcester.

Food excellent. Room clean and tidy. Needed to have two chairs as two people were suppose to have travelled but only one not very comfortable chair provided.
Stayed in room 02. Have re booked for another stay.

Everything was perfect. We arrived at 8:50pm on a Friday evening and we were desperate for a bite to eat as we had travelled from Kent straight from work. We received a warm welcome from a lady and a lovely guy behind the bar who we think was the manager? The kitchen was closing at 9pm but we were told it wasn't a problem for us to order food. The food was lovely and the service was amazing.
I booked the room literally before we left work and there was the option of a double bed or 2 singles. I received a message saying that there was a chance the bed selection may not be as we had requested but they would do their best to sort this out upon our arrival.
After dinner we went to our room and the 2 single beds had been made into a double bed as requested. The room itself was a really good size and the bed was extremely comfortable.
Breakfast was fantastic. We made our selection the night before and when we came down for breakfast all the tables were laid out with the room numbers on the table.
We paid just over £100 for the room and I think it was fantastic value for money. We would definitely stay there again if we are ever in that area.

Helpful walking map from the information Centre provided a focus on the must see sights. Canal walk and visits to the Sacred Heart Church made a pleasant and informative short break. The Thai restaurant and the local pubs provided good hospitality.

I was on a short stay to attend a specific event, so only spent a little time in the town. The High Street is rather quaint and has a collection of small shops and restaurants/take-aways. There is a pleasant park with walks alongside the canal

Picked Droitwich as a stopover.
Picked Droitwich as a stopover. Actually stayed just outside. Always wanted to go there since I was a child (1950s!) and saw it on the wireless dial. Nice to find it was in the UK not mainland Europe!! ;-)
Seemed a nice little place but we literally stopped, ate, drank & slept! Thanks to all.

A fantastic olde word pub/inn with so many original features, my room was very spacious, clean and comfortable.
The menu in the evening is not huge but has a very nice selection to choice from.
The open fire burning throughout the day is lovely and you could quite easily sit in a chair and have a nap.
Breakfast is freshly cooked and was definitely worth waiting for as it was delicious.
Every member of staff were amazing and I will definitely return.
Easy to park at this hotel. The room was comfortable and the bed was great. There is plenty of space in the bathroom. Breakfast was good and there was a variety of options. The staff were friendly as well. As the restaurant was not operating, it was only a couple of minutes walk to The Castle for a meal which was a standard Greene King venue. There's a Sainsbury Local in the opposite direction should you need it.
Staff were fabulous, so friendly. Food and ambiance of social area, very comfortable and friendly. Was amazed at the quality of The Crown. The room was big and airy, with windows that opened. Despite being on a main road, we heard nothing. The hotel was quiet, no disturbances through the night. Couldn’t believe the quality of the place for what we paid. Brilliant.
The staff at the hotel were absolutely marvelous - so warm, friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself was very comfortable and convenient for Droitwich and Birmingham. Lovely gardens to hang out in at the end of the day. Breakfast was exceptional. Overall great value for money and a perfect place to stay.
Lovely little cottage in a beautiful setting. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed. Onsite cafe at the farm was very nice and convenient, staff were on hand if needed and very friendly. Perfectly located for Droitwich, Worcester and surrounding areas, will definitely be back for another visit soon.
My favourite part of staying was meeting a very personable and helpful receptionist called Mitch. Natalie was very helpful too. Everything ok apart from the leaky A/C no big deal just got wet feet. The Harvester and MC Donald’s next to the hotel saved any further driving. Good buffet breakfast
Friendly family bungalow, family elsewhere, only one other guest. Good communication over mobile phone about key pick up, breakfast etc. First time in Droitwich and I got advice on walking to the town through the park. Enjoyed historic town centre and walk by the Droitwich canal.
I can see why they get high ratings. Their home has been made into a little cozy, posh mini-hotel. Julita and her husband were so very welcoming and helpful. There are many, many great places to eat within walking distance. There's a Morrison's next door too.
Sparkling clean, big room with good facilities. Very friendly and helpful Hosts. Everything was great - couldn't fault anything.
I was delighted with the accommodation as it was perfectly located for visiting my husband who was in Droitwich Spa Hospital.
Greeted by lovely friendly staff.
Comfortable clean room with all the facilities described.
Great buffet breakfast.
Perfect location just off the motorway with carpark right outside hotel.
Sound-proof rooms so a very quiet comfortable nights sleep
Good value for money Hotel. Clean and comfortable with good amenities. Easy access for M5 with good parking facilities. Very pleasant staff who are very attentive. Nice atmosphere in public areas.
Not much we disliked! The value for money was fantastic, the room was spacious and clean. Everything we needed and a spacious bathroom. The staff were beyond friendly and very helpful.
