One of the best B&B we've stay at.
David and his mum very friendly and welcome people.
The room and bathroom are big and clean.
The bed is comfortable.
A special thanks for the breakfast. I've got an alternative to pork, which I don't eat. It's really very kind and professional. Breakfast always fresh, hot and testy for your choice of combination of full English.
Perfect place of Wallasey to walk through beech on promenade where you can reach a New Brighton.
Will recommend this hotel to everyone.

The owner was waiting at the property to greet me. She showed me all the room at all the facilities. The room was large and bright and very comfortable. Very big bed, table and two chairs plus an armchair and huge TV. The bathroom was good and the shower was lovely and hot and strong. The little extras were lovely, hot chocolate as well as tea and coffee, chocolate mini rolls and water and juice in the fridge in the room. I spent a very comfortable evening and night. There was a pub which served food within about 100 metres and a Morrisons Local about another minute's walk away. I walked to Birkenhead Park which was lovely.

The location was fab. Went over to watch a Liverpool game midweek. One bus station around the corner to Stadium an airport. Very quiet hotel room for the area.

Where we stayed it was within easy reach of a lovely walk a long the front by the Mersey going all the way to New Brighton. It's about 2.5 miles but on a summer's evening well worth doing as there is plenty of entertainment and restaurants in New Brighton. It provides a great base to explore Liverpool and Chester.

A quiet area and a bit neglected but some beautiful architecture and some good places to visit. We enjoyed an open mic night at THE SWINGING ARM, a meal at the lovely vegan eatery JORO, and the Woodside Village stalls at the weekend. We also visited Birkenhead Park which inspired Central Park New York but found it rather shabby.

The market used to be quite good but not now, not many stalls open which is understandable with the way things are with the virus. Quite a few shops closed now in the town centre. Apartment was couple of miles away and nothing around it.

We were given a guided tour of the old Town Hall, which is splendidly Victorian. Birkenhead Park is very pleasant for a walk around and there's a decent cafe too. It was the inspiration for Central Park in New York and the first public Park in the world - keep the masses healthy and they'll work harder!
Very friendly owners, helpful and welcoming.
Good breakfast. Good temperature in the room (you can make it warm in winter, which I always struggle with).
Comfortable mattress!
The hotel is located next to the ferry, but the ferry doesn't do commute on weekends or early mornings. Ask the owners for the info on how to use the ferry on weekends and not pay the full tour price. There's other public transport available, but as I was driving, I didn't need it.
Car park is available behind the hotel, which is really helpful.
The location was ideal with good parking and availability of public transport. Both Simon &Sue were very friendly and helpful and provided an excellent clean comfortable place to stay with a good quality breakfast. This is certainly an excellent B&B where I (and my wife) would certainly choose the next time we head to Liverpool. I will certainly recommend this home from home B&B to family & friends.
Same price as a hotel. But you get a whole apartment to yourself. Best part was it has 3 TVs, 1 in each bedroom then in the living room and they all have full subscription to netflix. You won't get that in a hotel. It was that extra length that the renter put in that makes this 5 star for me. I will be booking here again in the future
- nice pubs around
- very spacious apartment, three separate rooms
- clean and pretty, had everything we needed
- bakery and convenience stores nearby
- good connection to everything, busses to move around Wirral (go to New Brighton and walk around the beach there) and subway to go to Liverpool
Phil was very friendly, amenable and accommodating. He was also a big help with public transport information when we were working out our options for heading over to Liverpool and back.
Our accommodation was as advertised and most importantly for us was clean with good parking facilities.
Dave the manager And staff were so informative and helpful, breakfast was great, bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean, great view over to Liverpool, hence the hotels name the liver view, and seacombe mersey ferry two minutes from hotel.
It's a very good hotel. In fact, it's a house and you get a home feeling away from home. Kitchen is excellent with dining table. Big size bedrooms with comfy beds.. Smart TV in the living room with nice sofa. We enjoyed our stay. Value for money.
Super friendly and helpful host helped made my stay enjoyable. I had a nice view of the Liverpool skyline and could see big ships passing by. The bed was among the most comfortable that I've had in a hotel. Excellent!
Very good location, especially for the Mersey and Irish ferries.
Very welcoming. Room was ready when we arrived. Very friendly and helpful owners.
Excellent breakfast, freshly cooked.
It was ideal for all our needs. Train station to Liverpool only 5 mins away. Any problems, there was always someone at the end of the telephone to help.
Would recommend it Fürther.
Great Breakfast, Extremely Comfortable Bed. A fabulous hotel in a great location and super friendly welcome. A real gem of a hotel, I'll certainly stay here again
it was such a. nice little house with all the needed items. the bathroom was immaculate and better than a hotel. The rooms were tidy and the sheets were clean.
Modern, clean, spacious, close to Birkenhead tunnel and close to shops, takeaways and restaurants. Owners maintained excellent communication throughout.
