Breakfast was good. We also ate in the restaurant both evenings. Portions a little small but everything was delicious, especially the lamb saag.

Characterful property, really friendly staff, lovely big room and tasty breakfast (extra charge). I got back late after attending the Midlands Air Festival all day just down the road at Ragley Hall to find a singer on. Great tunes and atmosphere. Really enjoyed it!

What a lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings. The receptionist welcomed us with a lovely warm greeting upon arrival. The room was first class had a great night's sleep in a comfortable bed, great shower. Breakfast was good. The receptionist offered us an upgrade. Will definitely come again.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant had a lovely ambience with a place to sit both before and after the meal. I was disappointed to find no information in the room relating to wifi or breakfast times. Consequently we were late for breakfast but we were still served. There was a music duo playing which apparently happens once a fortnight on a Friday. I would definitely reccomend this place.

Alcester is lovely.
Alcester is lovely. I used to live there, and it was lovely to go back - good pubs, some restaurant options and good pub-food options.
Great location to explore South Warwickshire/North Cotswolds/North Worcestershire.
The Moat House, Turks Head and, a little further afield in Great Alne, the recently re-opened Mother Huff Cap offer good food options.
Panache 50 offers good Indian dining, and Amore Italian offers lovely food (try the huge calzone!).
Good coffee shops/tea rooms.

A pleasant small Warwickshire town with some interesting features, such as the church and Waitrose. A few independent shops and adequate catering facilities. Easy access to Stratford and other Warwickshire and Worcestershire tourist attractions.
Absolutely beautiful, clean and private home from home.
It's been very well thought out and provides all the amenities you need.
Location is excellent, private but at the same time being walking distance to the center of Alcester where there are a range of shops and restaurants to suite all tastes.
Nikki was a lovely host and made sure that all our questions were addressed prior to our stay and was lovely host indeed.
Highly recommended and would stay again!
We have stayed at the pub/hotel before and we were given the same room. Nice large room with a modern en-suite bathroom. Breakfast was good, as expected really. However, we had dinner one night here and I chose the Butter Chicken curry, it was the best curry I have had in ages, beating anything i've had in an Indian restaurant. Others in our party also enjoyed their food. We have family in the Alcester area and will definitely stay here again.
The Hotel was conveniently situated near to Coughton Court which we were visiting.
The room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, polite and friendly.
We had an excellent evening meal. I chose the German Frikadellen Rustic Ciabatta which was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately it was so big that I couldn’t finish it. (Apologies to the chef).
The room and bathroom was a standard size for a budget hotel and adequately furnished.
Although the pub downstairs was very noisy, there was no noise in the room.
The shower was a good size and was very efficient.
The location was a few minutes walk from the very attractive town of Alcester.
Breakfast was superb and very reasonably priced.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay. Very clean and comfortable accommodation with everything there you need. Lovely country walks and pub nearby with Alcester centre a few miles up the road with many more pubs and cafes. Suzie and Roger were so helpful and accommodating we would definitely return.
Dinner was a choice from a varied menu which had something to suit all tastes. I would recommend the lamb curry.
Breakfast was full English but you could vary which items you wanted.
Tea and coffee were plentiful.
Service was very friendly and helpful.
Stayed at hotel last month so asked for same room near to car park the hotel granted this request another nice stay will return again nice staff on reception at check in and check out room clean and fresh as usual did not stop for breakfast
Lovely room at the back of the hotel.
Excellent food in the evenings and at reasonable prices.
Good choices at breakfast and well cooked.
Ample free parking.
just across the road from a National Trust property that we wanted to visit.
Basic room in a pub type accommodation. Clean and comfortable. Centrally located for Alcester. Thought it was a bit pricey for a pub room and you should certainly expect a kettle/tea/ coffee in room for the price which there wasn’t
Very well equipped kitchen area, hob, kettle, microwave, toaster with milk/tea/coffee and some juices and cereals provided. Bed was a very nice size and fit the layout of the room. Overall very clean and well kept
