When I arrived at 16:30 the Hotel was closed. There was a group of people having a private party in the Hotel garden and they explained in their best English that the owner would be opening the Hotel later, so I had to wait. I waited until 18:00 and then spotted a small sign in French on the main Hotel door, which advised to call the number quoted. My fault I guess, since I could have called it much earlier but my French is quite poor. Having made the call the owner arrived within a few minutes. So, if you arrive and the Hotel is closed, just call the number and the owner will be with you very quickly. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Cooling fan, but no AC. No fridge in the room. Restaurant was not busy and the food was excellent. Too much food actually, but we'll prepared and cooked.

Comfy bed and good shower.. Very quiet location. The pool looked nice but we didn't use it. Good that there was a space to keep our touring bicycles overnight, a small kitchen to use (and a good-sized dining room too).
