Dirty room, air conditioning not working, no ventilation, stuffy, we went with a child, a 2 year old and a 12 year old, who could not sleep due to the heat and when we finally slept, land a cockroach in my ear. Too disgusting! My husband went to sleep in the car due to the heat! We stayed in room 115! My Husband's sister in law in room 114 had the same problem as us. We will never return and we do not refer anyone.RobertaGermany

The staff helped with our awful Spanish and put us out of our misery very kindly. One of the most important things about a hotel is the bed, we found the beds to be very comfortable and well maintained. The continental breakfast was varied and prepared to an excellent standard. All in all keep on doing what you are doing. Thank you.

The breakfast was good offering a good choice, especially cold meats and cheese. The large car park has always been a bonus as is the tram stop about 200mtrs from the hotel, this is important as we did not want to drive in the centre of Bordeaux. We have stayed there on a number of occasions, and will continue to do so.

And the location is really good as we don't have to do a big detour. :)
