The town has plenty of public spaces, many play grounds for kids, rich in dining spots. It looks like IT hub, with many companies, campuses and young population. The hotel has free parking, the place around is safe. It is ran down a bit and requires a new breathing, but overall there are no major flaws and the best it can offer - value for its money.

Also, I liked the village of Tres Cantos on a Friday night. There's a nice bar right across the hotel, in the park. On Saturday, we were able to go to the center of Madrid in just 30 minutes by train.
