I had the hostel to myself so it was extremely good value for a big space just for me! Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, kitchen was basic but adequate for simple cooking with one job plate, a kettle and a microwave. The area is beautiful and quiet. Beware of mosquitos!

Good value. Very close to a long sandy beach, 5 mins walk. Would be excellent for a family with children - the apartment has a washing machine. Also, from the location, it is an easy drive to the estuary/lakes for bird watching, for example to see the flamingos arrive to feed in the evening (bring a good mosquito repellent for that). This would be an amazing area to discover by bicycle as the area is flat, the roads and paths are on dykes between rice paddies.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful during my short stay. I noticed a good rapport between people working in the hotel which I think says a lot. The bed was one of the best I've ever slept in for comfort. The room was simple but with a good bed and good shower I don't need more. The breakfast was very good, as was the evening meal. Very quiet location and superb if visiting the delta.
