Location was excellent. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. I had inadvertently left a few belongings in a drawer which the staff found and kept for me until I returned the following week.

Room was very clean we liked it.
We didn't have breakfast.
"Kinda" walkable to the historical places by walk (20 minitues+ walk from hotel). We didn't have a car, but I think they have a big parking lot which is very easily accessible to the hotel, so if you're a driving tourist, I think this place is perfect - if we come back next time here, I'd bring a car instead of walking.
It is pet friendly place so we could stay with our little doggies :) and the hotel prepared a big dog mat and bowl for them! :) Overall, good to stay with your furry friends.

A splash of colour and history in the heart of Catalonia
The colourful and charming gem that is Girona is set on the banks of where the rivers Ter, Onyar, Galligants and Güell meet. Girona is protected by fortifications and features a remarkable medieval centre along with several fine Romanesque and Gothic buildings.
The province houses the ancient Arab Baths, the Girona Cathedral, and the lovely Girona Art Museum. Due its mountainous terrain Girona is also a popular destination for cycling enthusiasts, whilst theatre lovers can enjoy a performance at the Auditorium Jardins del Castell.
Girona has a lively nightlife and offers a wide variety of bars, restaurants and cafés serving anything from local Basque and Catalan delicacies to traditional tapas and an array of international cuisines.
Other popular landmarks to see are the 14th-century Sant Feliu, the historical fortifications, the 11th-century Monastery of San Daniel, and the characteristic Girona Bridge.
Girona Train station offers direct links to bustling Barcelona and the picturesque province of Portbou. Booking.com offers a wide range of accommodation options and deals in Girona and around Catalonia.
Beautiful city full of life and amazing food! We loved strolling the streets finding new corners and hidden places. If you come here, go to Xibarri. They have the best burgers and desserts! It is not a typical tourist city. That is what we love about it the most.

Loved it all.
Loved it all. Food and drink by the river, walking on the walls, the Jewish quarter, its manageable size. Hotel in exactly the easiest position near the town centre and the station and bus station. We used both.

Fantastic place for a cycling holiday.
Fantastic place for a cycling holiday. So many other cyclists, cafes and bike shops make it feel like it was made for cyclists. Roads are buttery smooth and once you get out of town there is very little traffic. So many different scenic routes to choose from.

Second time staying here.
Second time staying here. The apartment had everything I needed (except bluetooth sound on tv)) and arrival / departure was hassle free. The arrival pack of the cleaning essentials is great for flyers and the street balcony was lovely to air the place (and dry cycking gear) and also watch old town activity. Will be back.

Getting around the Jewish quarter was easy to navigate using the river as guide . So many little alley ways all end up along the river and you see so many old historic buildings. Very quaint and peaceful, always felt safe.
The Jewish museum is a must do if you want to learn about the history of Girona. WILL COME BACK AGAIN.

Such an incredible and interesting city.
Such an incredible and interesting city. Easy to walk around, very friendly locals and such beautiful boutiques, cafes and restaurants everywhere. My favourite restaurant was Vert in the old town and La Fabric was also beautiful 😊
The hotel receptionist was extremely helpful. She allowed us to check in early which was great. The complimentary half bottle of Cava was a nice touch too. Breakfast was very good value with a large selection of all the usual items. The atmosphere in the hotel is very relaxed, the boutique feel of the place makes it a lovely change from the usual larger hotel chains. Having their own parking in the centre of the old town was a real bonus.
We resolved to go back again soon as on this occasion we had only one night in Girona.
I was a bit put off by the name of the hotel - The Hotel BESTPRICE sounded like a cheap budget option. It was inexpensive, but it was very nice place to stay.
Very clean, comfy bed, crisp linen, everything worked, staff were friendly and the breakfast in a nearby cafe was good (but perhaps not every day if you're there for a while). I liked that the toiletries were in refillable containers without lots of wasteful plastic.
Clean, quiet hotel. Super comfortable bed, fabulous shower with a large stall, good pressure, lots of hot water and a handy liquid soap dispenser. Fast wifi. Good location not far from parking, one-minute walk to a nice grocery store, 10 to 15 minutes walking to the major sights in town. Reasonable price compared with other area lodging. Maria, Marti and Audrey at reception were all very helpful.
You couldn't ask for a better location, if you want to be in the old town. When we got out of the taxi (it was about 10pm), we felt like we had been transported onto a film set. As it was a late check in, we did have to wait for someone to arrive at Hotel Historic but it all worked out fine, we were taken to the apartment and shown where everything was.
Location was perfect. Walking distance to the old town and near proximity to supermarkets and cafes , shopping and the train station.
Service was great. Staff reception assisted us with our parking needs. Speaks English too.
Good thing about this hotel was it had a parking lot beside it. Very easy to go to.
Parking had a discounted rate for 3 days.
The bed and pillows are incredibly comfortable! And, the location is close to the Girona train station, which was super convenient for me, as I only travel with a backpack, so I don't like to walk more than 10-15 minutes. This was about 8 minutes (for me) door to door. The hotel is very quiet and I had a pleasant stay.
As we needed a parking space for our car, although the parking was nearby in an underground car park, this hotel had a loading and unloading bay out the front. The staff were very helpful in explaining the system to us. Breakfast was good and location to old town was great.
The hotel was centrally located just a 5 minute walk from Independence Square. It was well appointed and appeared to have had a recent upgrade.
There is a lovely roof terrace bar with good views of the old town cathedral.
Breakfast was excellent with a good choice.
Amazing location in the centre of the Old Town. The Hotel is a fantastic Medieval Building dating back to Roman Times. Our room was beautiful. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay.
It's our 3rd time in this hotel we always come back. The only thing is that you have to walk 15/20 min to the old town but its okay. Modern clean and friendly staff and very important they have a safe place to leave the bikes.
This hotel is in a perfect location for the bus and train station plus easy walking to the old town. The room was a generous size and very clean. All the staff are helpful and the cafeteria is great value for money.
Very close to the city, about 5-7 minutes drive - best choice if you travel with a car. The parking is absolutely free and big enough. Good breakfast and friendly staff. The hotel is nice, clean and quiet.
The hotel is beautiful, rooms comfortable, and location can’t be beat. The very best part was all of the lovely people working there. Each person we encountered was so helpful, accommodating, and kind.
A perfect location in the ancient center of Girona for exploring and dining. And a perfect location for cycling at the Mecca of European cycling.
Best of all - the staff treated us as family.
For my first trip to Spain, this was the best accommodation over my 10 day trip! Incredible feeling in this ancient stone perfectly appointed room in a perfect location!
