Everything about it,here for a couple of nights on honeymoon and you would struggle to find a more idealic setting,the property is beautiful,the surroundings are beautiful set in the castle grounds,my favourite bit is the view from the lounge window just spectacular 10/10 for me

Old roman road hiking up to the castle is must do. Horse riding downhill exceeds expectations. Dinner in the castle is really enjoyable. Stay in the medieval house is a very interesting option for one max two nights due to the level of comfort modern peope are used to.

If you measured against top London or global hotels the customer service, exceptional cuisine and room comfort would be second to non. It is built within an ancient Moorish Castle dating back to the 13th century. Sympathetically adapted with views 360o from the mountain peak, with soaring Iberian eagles .. it is breathtaking. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I am just bewildered by it’s 3 star rating!!

The housekeeping staff kept the room cleaned for us every day. Unfortunately the food didn't cater much for vegetarians or pescatarians. The pool was nice swim in. Tennis courts were available to practise in. All in all great experience staying at the hotel.
