Convenient location with plenty of parking close-by, comfortable, clean and modern rooms with nice bathroom, linen and towels. Plenty of light from large window which was easily shaded by closing the blind. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff Raphael who checked us in.

The house is in old Spanish style, with great atmosphere, lovely!! Our host Stephanie was very nice and helpful, prepared for us deliscious breakfasts and made our stay memorable:) The mountain village is calm, small, old with many beautiful murals.

I had messaged the property a few weeks in advance to mention we would be arriving after midnight, they agreed it would be ok and on the day of our stay we received clear instructions on how to access our room.
The room was lovely, and very comfortable beds.

It is small village at the head of a valley.It is very quiet in the winter months though I think it could be busy in the summer especially weekends. The are three bars in the village that I noticed . I did not go because facilities at the hotel were more than adequate. Fabulous hotel at the far side of Benimaurell. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t kind to us during our stay, but the views would normally be spectacular. Very quiet village a short walk away. Outstanding food and customer service, would return again for Sunday lunch or another short stay. Very friendly staff, especially the Canadian evening waitress who was so attentive and friendly with a great ability for quality customer service. She was an asset to the hotel. Looks to be some great walks in and around. Bookable dpa massage families. Lovely pool area.

Amazing ! the hotel is far from the madding crowd. The food is supurb, staff so friendly, views breathtaking, although best not have a fear of heights when driving through the valleys, but again really worth driving to some lovely villages, and the walks well..... these need to be attempted at least. Visit Benidoleig as the food in the Bistro Bar Ballesta is so gorgeous ! Easy to drive to Gandia and catch the train to Valencia, which not to be missed.

Food was excellent but the dining chairs were uncomfortable, plus there was constant awful music, quite loud at times asked to turn it down which they did,. Our waiter Juan Carlos was excellent very helpful. The en suite bathroom in our room was dingy had no shower curtain or screen so everything got soaked. The views were stupendous but the room was very dated, Wifi very poor - ok in reception though, the hotel and pool could do with updating through out.AnthonySpain
