Furniture was good, location directly on Qarun lake. All the villa facilities and the roof with its special poem room were open and easily accessible. The owner was very friendly and very helpful. Beautiful hostel and lovely location on Qaroun Lake, although a little far from Tunis village. The staff were so kind and helpful, going above and beyond throughout our stay and offering trips and experiences. The chalet was nice and had a lovely view.

Tunis is a lovely place in Egypt, especially in Ramadan when it is quiet and relaxed. The complex is in a walled garden which is nice to spend time in. The pool is in a separate area and hard to find so make sure you look for it because it's great!

It’s a nice place but I think it’s over rated!
The facility is historical as it’s built in 1938 but it definitely needs special attention from management as it started to deteriorate!
I would rate this facility as 3 or 4 stars at most but definitely it’s not 5 stars hotel.
