I travel 80% of the year for business. Accommodation is the most important factor of my travel because it determines my work performance. The host of this lovely apartment was simply incredible. He maintained constant communication since I made the reservation. He was pleasant and reassuring. I told him that I would be arriving in the early morning hours and that I would like to use the apartment then, as I would be coming from a 16 hour journey. He did not promise anything. Instead, he assured me that he’ll do his best to accommodate me based on the availability of the apartment. He rushed to clean up the apartment immediately after the departure of the previous night’s guest, so I may get in as early as 9AM. And even though he has a person in charge of guest services, he personally met me at the apartment to welcome me. The apartment itself is very spacious, well furnished, and well appointed with 3 bedrooms and all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The doorman assisted me with my luggage and even rang my doorbell, at my request, for a wakeup call. When in Cairo, Egypt, I would certainly repeat my stay there, again and again. Overall, I give the apratment a 10 and I give the host 10+. Thank you Dr. M.
