1. Location from ski lift (which was most benefit for us), about 3-5 minutes by car. There is even closer Rosengase one, but it was closed this time. Also located on hiking route. 2. Very warm inside, heating floors. 3. Beautiful views around, very quiet. Sound of waterfall. 4. Very clean and comfortable inside, we had everything needed. 5.
