I was harassed in this hotel! Don’t dare coming here! Horrible experience with the services and staff. The lady receptionist was simply incapable, making sure that my 2 nights staying was a hell. First room given didn’t have a functional shower and i was said that the hotel is fully booked. I was waiting for multiple minutes for a solution, 10 PM, after a 12h trip. After this got sorted, imagine that MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT 2 PERSONS ENTERED MY ROOM WHILE I WAS ASLEEP - I GOT IN SHOCK - AS I WAS TRAVELLING ALONE, as young woman!!! This is simply unacceptable! She gave same room to some other people!! The receptionist thought that a beer as compensation will make me forget the hell i lived once it happened. Not yet over! The second day when i came in the evening back to my room i was asked why i didn’t check out in the morning - i had 2 nights booking and same lady couldn’t find my booking reservation and spent minutes again trying to sort it out. She said that my booking was for another period and that’s why she can’t find it - which was not true. I showed her the booking confirmation and finally she let me go. Her attitude was terrible overall - trying to minimize everything that she did to me!! Not even trying to make things better for me. I felt HARASSED here. So many years of experience with hotels, and never been through such things. They deserve to be closed down. Nothing worst could happen more. I hope that measures will be taken here
