Each day you can go in a new direction, and come back to the lovely town of Třeboň. The architecture and ambiance of Southern Bohemia is historic but never overstated. Trebon is one of the most beautiful little towns in Czech Republic. It is renaissance marvel, with large Chateau, 3 squares, and landscape full of huge lakes (medieval-renaissance fishponds). Definitely worth to stay. They are famous health spas there.

A lovely town to walk around with lots of interesting little shops and restaurants. There a plenty of walks nearby and it's close to lots of other interesting towns. It is famous for cycling and I can see why - very flat and lots to see in the surroundings.

Trebon is a small town, but beautiful one.
Trebon is a small town, but beautiful one. The exteriors can be walked in half a day, but then you have the great surrounding countryside. August (or July, for that matter) might not be the best months to visit if you do not enjoy loads of people (and bikers, if you take them as a separate species :-)

Třeboň is a beautiful town and great for walking, cycling, eating, ice cream, swimming, going to the spas. It’s a great place to relax and do lots or do little. It’s easy to get around and cycling seems to be the preferred mode of transport.

Absolutely beautiful small town, a real gem and worth stopping off to visit it if you are in the area. Not a lot to do in the town itself, but Trebon is close to the many lakes in this area, which are well worth a visit. This would be a good place to cycle round the lakes.VeraUnited Kingdom

The breakfast was quite good though the restaurant was not big enough and some people had to wait in the lobby when there will be a vacant table. In the room there is a kettle and a small fridge.
