The location was good. They had non smoking rooms which is really good to have when you're in China.

The handle of my window broke down while I was staying at the hotel. I went to the reception on the morning to let them know and they said it was not a problem and they would fix it. When I came back late afternoon, the handle had already been replaced. Really good service!
Location is also really conveniant, 3 min walk from the metro with a nice view over the lake.
