Awesome location , amazing views , stunning interiors. Rare for a property in this region to have such lavish and luxurious presence. Food quality is awesome. Restaurants are world class in particular the global street food restaurant has all from every nook and corner indian Mexican continental and what not.
The penthouse is a superbly happening place ( pub and bar ) with shows every Friday and the staff there is super welcoming particularly for in house staying guests.
Staff is superbly accomodtaing. They are just amazing. Shows the cordial work culture of hotel to make the stay of patrons comfortable all the times. Kashif , abin and anna at reception - were so helpful in accommodating our requests for every little thing. Thanks guys. There calm demeanour to handle our nagging needs spoilt us for more. We would look forward to visiting this again. Anyone who wants a luxurious stay with value for money and amazing services don’t forget Zurich five. Location is perfect (like 10 minutes walking distance from the main train station of Zurich). You get what you see in the picture. Ideal for solo travelers or maybe couple for 1-2 nights. Easy check-in system (although it is important to remember that there is no reception so I don't really know what can happen if there are troubles)
Also easy and accessible storage room for the luggage before checking or after checkout.

I enjoyed my stay in the hotel. Just to be clear, the main reason that I am giving a good score is because of the lady that works in the breakfast area. On Sunday, I booked a tour and I wouldn’t really have time to have a proper breakfast, I arrived at 7:30 and ask her if I could bring some stuff for breakfast, she was superrrrr helpful and caring, ensuring that I have a reasonable breakfast. It saved my day as the tour only stopped around 2o clock for we eat. Thank you so much, it was a small gesture but you made my day. The room was clean and cosy, no complain. Another big advantage is the location, you can do absolutely everything by foot, very convenient place to stay.
