Great staff, beautiful historic building in excellent location. The room was lovely, and the bed was very comfortable, but the pillows were terrible (not what you expect from top end Vintage hotel).

Many pubs do not take reservations - best to check ahead.
Many pubs do not take reservations - best to check ahead. Lots of tourists and locals - so if there is music - know it may be hard to get into a place for a quick bite to eat. The app for parking near down town is fantastic.

I love it! It is such a quaint little town.
I love it! It is such a quaint little town. I would love to visit during other seasons. We stayed in winter, it was a bit rainy and foggy but absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed the afternoon tea at the hotel. What a wonderful experience! We also ate at the Irish Harp across the street from the hotel. It was delicious! I would definitely recommend both of those.

Just an absolutely wonderful place to visit for the theater, food, shopping, walking, and overall atmosphere. The Irish Harp and Angel Inn are great places for food, a pint, and music. Shaw Festival productions are the equal of any Broadway show. In the middle of Canadian Wine Country. We visit from the Finger Lakes in NYS at least once a year.

Great place to visit, we actually make it a yearly event.
Great place to visit, we actually make it a yearly event. From the hotel, everything you need is only a short walk from the door ! If you want a more elegant setting, the hotel dining area is for you. If you want to rub elbows with the locals, there are plenty of restaurants & dinners close by. The Shaw Theater is a five-minute walk from here, and the Royal George Theater is six minutes away. All in all, it's a great place to visit at any time of year !

Niagara on the Lake is a beautiful, romantic little village that is vibrant and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed the shopping, theatre, restaurants, and took advantage of the warm weather with a nice long walk along the water's edge and checking out the historical landmarks along the way!

Wow, what a beautiful and friendly place.
Wow, what a beautiful and friendly place. As I walked around town, I did ask locals for directions which they were glad to offer...and to chat a while. Great shopping, especially if you love hats. I went to two different theatre performances -excellent. I also went on the town's Ghost Walk which is very informative. I went for Christmas activities of which this town has many. It was a Christmas experience of shopping, wonderful smells of foods and baked goods in the air, and not to mention decorations to rival Williamsburgh, VA. There are many wineries in the area, but I didn't partake, this trip. They had a Christmas tree decorating contest among businesses, but it wasn't well advertised for tourist to know to vote on them.

the home was wonderful in almost every way. They have 3 guest rooms and we were located in the smallest of the 3, the “summer room”. It was more than adequate, but a little small for our taste. Dan and Linda are wonderful hosts, couldn’t do enough for us, but never in our way or were made to feel uncomfortable. The location is superb, a few blocks from downtown. The breakfasts are what you might find in a luxury hotel, from croissants to eggs Benedict, etc. Had a delightful stay. would highly recommend. Thanks again to Dan and Linda😎
I have never stayed at a B&B before, I've always opted for a hotel. I was a little unsure about it all but was pleasantly surprised. The hosts Fernando and Donna are so lovely, very knowledgeable and very thoughtful and made the whole experience. The facilities are great, the outside space is beautiful and you can tell a lot of time and effort has gone into making an exceptional B&B. The location is fantastic, a short walk into Niagara on the lake and the breakfast was amazing! Thank you for making it a wonderful experience.
Upper Canada Coach House is a lovely B&B, set back a few blocks from the more commercial part of the village in a lovely residential area. The house and grounds are beautifully maintained. We traveled with two other couples, booking all three rooms - they were spacious, nicely decorated and very clean. The breakfasts were delicious, and our hosts Tony and Bonnie were very friendly, charming and accommodating. We've stayed in many B&Bs and inns in Niagara-on-the-Lake over the years and this one is our favorite!
Super well kept historical house and excellent breakfast every day. We enjoyed talking about the house with Maria. Also loved the pre-breakfast scones and tea in the morning. It really felt like a vacation staying here. Yes, the house is older (it's history!) but it's also well kept with era-appropriate renovations, and super clean — cleaner than many hotels I've stayed at. We would recommend anyone visiting Niagara-on-the-Lake stay here!
We felt total trust at this hotel. We stayed there for 1 night. We checked in late and left early, not in their front desk’s business hour. They gave us a detailed instructions on how to get into our room. When we left, we just left the key on the counter top and dropped them a note. No problem at all. It was a surprise and heart warming to feel the trust from Canadian people. We had good experience there.
Everything. I can say that I did not go to their restaurant so I cannot give a review there. This is close enough to Everything that niagara and niagara on the lake has to offer while providing a comfortable and luxurious stay. Shopping is across the street, niagara falls is 20 minutes away, same with Niagara on the lake heritage area and wineries 🍷 definitely my go to resort next trip to the region.
Hotel was perfect location after our wine tasting tours, the most perfect king size bed and pillows! The staff was amazing and super friendly and moreover, kindly accommodating to our needs, even with later check out they allowed us to leave later no issues and smooth check out! Highly recommended for anyone staying in Niagara on the Lake
We liked the resort for the pool area, even though it was way over crowded as only 1 pool was open. The entire splash pad area with pool was closed so TONS of kids and families pilled in one pool. We used it anyways as we were very hot biking around to wineries all day so we needed to cool off, but didn't stay long as way over crowded.
The location was beautiful, and our balcony had a water view. Lovely quiet neighborhood but easy to get to main falls area and NOTL. The breakfast was all homemade and luxury, and the host Sandra was lovely to talk to. She even recommended a great hike that we ended up doing on our last day. Everything exceeded expectations.
Our room was comfortable, but the best feature of the Pillar & Post is the pool area, which is the social heart of the property and makes you feel like you're on a resort vacation. The hotel grounds are beautiful, and it's a bonus being able to access the beautiful gardens across the street from the hotel.
Breakfast was great, lots of food and I appreciated the coconut yogurt option. We enjoyed the lovely street and close location to downtown, the winery’s and bike trails. We walked and rode our bikes to explore the area. We really enjoyed our stay!
The location made it easy to explore the town. Covid measures were carefully followed, the staff were nice and helpful. Parking was much easier to manage compared to many other hotels we stayed at - you just park where a spot is available.
124 on Queen is an excellent hotel sitting in the heart of Niagara on the Lake’s beautiful and historic downtown. Our room was well appointed, perfectly clean and very comfortable. Hotel staff are friendly, attentive and very helpful.
Good for 1 night stay. Booked this hotel as I did not get any good rooms near Niagara falls. Serves the purpose to take 1 night rest when you have baby & parents. Clean Bed & Restroom is neat. Gave Fresh towels.
Perfect getaway in Niagara On The Lake.
We enjoyed a wine tasting with the hotel promotion and have a nice dinner to see the sunset. We also use the hotel bike to discover the neighborhood
The location was great. The lobby and exterior of the hotel are beautiful. Our room was very comfortable. The lounge offered great food, drinks, service. In-town shuttle was convenient.
Great location close to all the wineries. The house had everything we needed and we were also close to the shops in Niagara-on-the-lake. House was extremely clean and kept up.
