Very nice outdoor facilities to barbecue and enjoy nice weather outside. Very short walk to the beach as well as plenty of board games and toys for kids. We also enjoyed star watching at night

We visited Harrison Hot Springs in late February and it was definitely the off season. I is quite small but rather quaint. Unfortunately a number of the restaurants and shops appeared to be closed 'for the season'. There is a very nice walk around a small pond between the main street (Esplanade) and the lake. The surrounding mountains are beautiful and I imagine summer hikes will be great. We had a nice dinner at the Black Forest Steak and Schnitzel House and an absolutely delicious breakfast at the Basecamp Burger Joint. We especially look forward to going back there for breakfast and also trying their burgers.
Since we were just passing through on our way north, we didn't have time to try the hot springs venues. I look forward to trying that in the future when we have more time and the weather is better.

Thought overall it was great but when the power went out and we had no wifi or tv upon leaving there was excuses and staff saying at no fault of our own. Which I agree but at least have some decency to say we understand that would be an inconvenience. Thought that was not very good service upon leaving

Swimming pools are the draw and very nice
Swimming pools are the draw and very nice
Heritage room area was tacky
Pop machines almost empty and not working properly
No comforter on bed just sheets
Old blanket in closest
No menus in room
Late check in
No food available after 11pm in the town had to drive to Agassiz to get pizza ( bar in town stops serving at 11pm)
I’d bring a comforter next time and preview the room first and ask not to be next door or below children

Staff were great. Loved the pools but they get crowded.
Staff were great. Loved the pools but they get crowded. Room was good. Ate at a local restaurant. It was busy, over priced and food was good but not worth the price. Next time we will just eat at the resort restaurant.

I was disappointed that unless you were a guest of the harrison resort and you could not go into the hot springs. Only the pool in town which was not open The view across the lake was beautiful and the front access by the lake was very nicely done. We ate at Breakfast +Burgers it was really good value. The fish and chips were big and very filling. The hamburger was delicious It was very easy to get around the town by walking

Be prepared if you need accessible hallways in the resort, some of the hallways are uphill ramps. Also in the resort signage for the pool, Copper Room and spa were scarce or confusing. It was beautiful, comfortable and relaxing. Hot pools were great and the Copper Room was a very decadent treat. Food was very good. Harrison Hot Springs itself was very easy to navigate and had many shops and restaurants to try. We ate breakfast at a cafe off the main road I think was called Harrison Cafe. Delicious food and charming decor. Also ate at the Old Settlers Pub also good food and atmosphere.

loved the location close enough to Harrison Hot Springs to enjoy dinners out yet far enough away to escape the crowds even in the shoulder season and enjoy the peaceful surroundings
the attention to detail that Kristy and Roy provided during our brief stay was noted, healthy snacks provided
it was evident that they pay close attention to the impact on our environment every little change can make, no single use plastics here
the breakfasts were over the top delicious, thank you for the heart you put into your bounty
The room and rest of the hotel were very clean and quiet. There is a little kitchenette with toaster and kettle and everything! We had a patio with table and chairs on it. The hotel is in the best location of Harrison Hot Springs. You have to book your own pool and hot tub time (during covid) and you have the pool to yourselves for an hour. I went for two nights with my two daughters and had a great relaxing time!
everything - beautiful location along the water. Such a quaint waterfront village. The hotel was located in the perfect location. The owner, Arash went above and beyond to be accommodating. He was so friendly and kind and has such great advice of where to eat, and what to see. It was an excellent stay I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is in the area, wanting a place to lodge.
Room was very large, and the view of the lake was beautiful. We had a little balcony that we could sit on in the evenings and watch the lake. The bed was very comfortable plenty of pillows. It is one of the older Hotels in the area and the area is beautiful. Lots of restaurants and other things within walking distance.
Location is great to the beach, nice views of the lake, and definitely a place for families to stay. Laundry in the suite was nice. Size is reasonable (2 bedrooms, one loft with double bed, and sofa pull out). Direct access to the rooftop patio was a bonus for sure.
The room was clean. The manager, Ocean, was very friendly and helpful! He told me about the use of the microwave in the hotel office. He casually spoke to us through out our 40th Anniversary weekend celebration. Ocean told us about the lakeview suite too!
Location is excellent everything was easily within walking distance like food beaches and other local attractions. I've stayed in 2 other hotels in Harrison but even the more expensive resort wasn't as nice a rom as thus.
Excellent customer service; very helpful and friendly manager. Hotel has been recently renovated and is very clean. Comfortable bed; new fridge, microwave, coffee maker, tv; good internet.
The house is very close to a provincial park with a nice beach and a boat lunch. We brought our kayak and we explored one day the Harrison lake and the other day the Hicks lake.
